This was my first experience with Lens Crafters and the entire experience was positive from speaking with the young lady who set my appointment to the Dr’s exam and all of the staff. This is an all star team consisting of Precious, Rayla, Dr Hasselbrink, and Hugh. They made this an great experience and I will be leaving Dr. Tavel after 20 years to work with them moving forward. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!!!

I love this Lenscrafters Jason and Precious are so helpful and courteous I could not ask for better customer service they keep me in my price range and explain all the products and services that are offered this is my 2nd year with them and I must say I am very happy about my eyewear baby ..........they keep a sistah looking good and I love it Thank you very much I highly recommend you pay them a visit if you want to look stylish in 2025 with the eyewear then this is the place for you!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely happy with the service I received at Lenscrafters. Jordon the manager helped me find the right lens for my new Ray Ban smart glasses. In this world today it is a rare occasion to find good people with excellent people skills. I did not walk away feeling like I was robbed. I was going to another eyeglass company, now I am a LensCrafters person due to the fine service I received from Jordon.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Hudak was thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I’m really impressed by the fact that the doctor donates his expertise to help women who have experienced domestic violence. So wonderful that he cares enough to give back!!!

This place was awesome! Came from out of town for our daughter’s volleyball qualifier. It her last one before college and she forgot her contacts! These guys hooked us up and saved her last Indy tournament! Thank you from these grateful volleyball parents!!!!

This was my worst experience purchasing glasses in all of my 41 years. While the eye exam went great and I only waited a week for the glasses to be completed...my experience purchasing and picking up went horribly. First they must have them working on commission because this girl was hell bent on up selling me. Something I've never experienced when purchasing glasses. I told her four or five times I just wanted your standard lenses (which my insurance covered 100% of). She insisted on me getting some sort of glare protection. Like, she just ignored me Everytime I declined and would give me the next selling point down the line. I said, after the 3rd no..."no, really I just bought a car and I would rather not pay any extra that's not necessary". She then said " okay, well, I will just put basic glare protection, because you are going to need that with your stigmatiam" which was just under 200 bucks. Again. The frames and basic lenses were covered by my insurance withut of pocket I really wanted to leave it there but she just ACTUALLY started ringing me up. WHATEVER. For the sake of leaving I paid the 175 bucks that I really didn't want to spend. Here is the worst part. When I came back to pick my glasses upthe next week at about 4pm after leaving work...I found the door locked. They are open until 5:30 but the door was locked at 4pm. I called and the same woman who up sold me on the glasses answered. She said that she was sorry, but she could only let one person in the store at a time. She was, I guess, the "only person that showed up to work that day". There was a young man in there talking to her so I thought okay...I'll wait. I watched two other vehicles waiting give up and leave...but I really wanted to go into my work week with my new glasses, so I waited. An hour later she comes to the door and waves me in. An Hour! Meanwhile the young man was still casually sitting at her desk when I went in. She then asked me my name, handed me my new glasses and I left. As I got in my car I saw a confused elderly woman get out of her car and fight with the locked door as I pulled off. Incredible. Service so horrible it borders on unbelievable. I assure you though...this nightmare is not fabrication. This was what I got when I shopped at this particular lensecrafters. A complete waste of my time and money. Too bad too. The glasses and selection were real nice ..and so were the eye doctors. This young woman is doing this establishment an extreme injustice.

I realized I needed contacts for the very first time and got an appointment here with only 2 days notice. The staff was incredibly friendly and Dr. Hudak was so helpful! Walked out of the office with my contacts! Will definitely be back :)

Dr. Hudak is a wizard to me, but not like the one behind the curtain in OZ. He is like magic. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I always feel confident with his diagnosis. If that is not enough already, just add to it that you do not feel as though you are client ID # Zero! He treats you kindly and with respect, as well as making you feel comfortable, which includes a personal conversation on how you are doing and relates to prior visits. He reviews your chart prior to the exam. You are never a "rush" job. I always look forward to my appointments which are like visiting a long time friend with health benefits. I wish there were more people in the world like him. Maybe there would be less chaos in the world.

Very easy to get a script and glasses

I highly recommend this particular lenscrafters with Dr. Hudak. I went to Dr Tavel on 10th st last year and was told I had astigmatism but could not see at all with the glasses they prescribed so I tried Lenscrafters and found out one of my eyes is farsighted and the other nearsighted plus astigmatism. Recieved my glasses 2 weeks later and I could Not Believe how clear everything was. I could finally really see !! And I leave for work while it is still dark and for the first time in Years , I could see in the dark !! So grateful for Dr Hudak and his staff. Just awesome people.

Dr. Hauck is wonderful! The staff are super attentive and helpful. Can't image going anywhere else for my eye care/eye wear.

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in quite some time and was nervous. But Dr. Hudak and the optometry assistant on duty Thursday afternoon (whose name I did not catch unfortunately!) were both wonderful: kind, reassuring, patient and thoughtful. It was a great experience.

I had some problems with the frame of my sunglasses. I went there and they kindly fixed the issue without asking for money. Thank you LensCrafters!

Dr. Haydyk who recommended my surgery for cataracts made the process seamless. Afterwards, when I came back to order my glasses, Eric Bankhead is one of the most valuable employees Lens Crafters has. They both were very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend the Lens Crafters on Lafayette Road to anyone who has vision issues

I haven’t worn glasses in almost 20 years (I’ve worn contacts). They got me some great Versace glasses that I really like and contacts. Customer service is great. This is a good spot. It was kinda funny when I put my glasses on for the first time because the girls there were so excited lol. Highly recommend this location.

She let me browse all glasses and take my time and was able to explain things that I didn’t understand about glasses which was amazing as I have been wearing glasses for 20 years. I am excited to pick up my new specs and will absolutely use lens crafters again!
