Fantastic service

Received an inaccurate script. Could see things far away on a Superman level but couldn't see anything up close. Staff was super nice and gave me the refunds I needed. The dr is only available one day a week and I wasn't able to get in to correct it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

No help couldn’t get any glasses

They were able to fix my glasses, in a very bad shape, I stepped on them. It was free and they did a great job. Love them.

I enjoyed my experience working with Claire who was able to relate to me as a young adult while also maintaining professionalism and knowledgeability about the process! Choosing glasses is generally a stressful process for me, but the process was rather streamlined and comfortable.

Lenscrafters has made several changes over the years. They don't provide the good services that they use to have. The customer service is still fantastic and the promotion they have for glasses is great. It cost more to use insurance! So far they have taken good care of me.

Polite, friendly, and thoughtful Would highly recommend. Everyone on the floor to the optometrist will make you feel like family (in a warm & inviting way).

Despite not taking my insurance, this place was very helpful and did their best to save me as much money as possible. I had Claire assist me through the mess that was my insurance and they were exceptionally helpful and gave me the best deal they could.

I'd been a customer for 15 years. This last experience ruined it for me. I wasn't informed about topics I should have been. I wasn't offered the other options available. When I tried to return my glasses, I was met with an argumentative store manager. I wasn't given the regional managers number. The cherry on top was when I called their customer service number. I was told to wait 5 days. I waited 8. Then I called a second time, and there was still no response 2 weeks later. I ended up going to the Greenwood store. Once I was there the employee took care of me. No questions asked. Why did the Bloomington store make it so hard, and why is their customer service non-existent? There's other options in town, and I recommend you, the reader take your money elsewhere.

James Smith assisted us with a sad Ray Ban prescription sunglasses repair, we thought all was lost after stepping on them, but James expertly took care of the problem quickly and politely and I now have my sunglasses just like new again! Great experience! Thanks, James!

Pros: Staff was nice enough. Some good frame selections, but far less than I expected. Cons: 1) the store/glasses show room smells like mildew / wet carpet. 2) Dr. didn’t really seem to understand what I was saying, and I left feeling like I received a totally inaccurate script. Despite stating that nothing looked correct through my left lens, she ultimately chocked it up to “fog on the lens” rather than continue to actually review my needs! I felt totally rushed and ultimately had zero confidence in the script written for me. I did not purchase glasses and am glad the visit was affordable enough to pay out of pocket so I can still use my vision benefits at a real eye doctor. I won’t be back.

The staff worked very hard to repair my son’s glasses into wearable condition, and made ordering replacements through the insurance plan quick and painless.

Lisa was so helpful in mending my frames (loose and out of alignment) and would not accept payment. I will definitely be coming here for my next pair of progressive lens glasses. Great service!!!

Getting a new pair of prescription glasses can be particularly stressful but the staff at Lens Crafters was extremely helpful and patient. They also have really good prices and willing to work with you over any issues. It was definitely a pleasant experience. Would recommend 100%.
