- Doctor visit was outstanding. Selection and fitting process was awesome. Pick up was ridiculous. I ordered 3 pair of glasses, message was sent to me stating glasses were ready. Only 1 pair was ready. 20 minutes after leaving store I get a phone call stating my glasses are ready-REALLY, I just left your store 20 minutes prior. Finally when it came to final pick up and adjustments, the person could not properly adjust the frames. He actually made them worse.
