Completed an eye exam with Dr. Karina and she was incredibly thorough and incredibly knowledgeable in providing me with everything and more that I needed to get my eye exam. I would highly recommend going to see her for an eye exam as she will use every minute of your time efficiently. I was pleased with the staff that made the whole process seem less and stress free with sanitizing and communicating clearly.

I had an eye exam at this location last week, by far the best experience out of a few locations I have been to. The store manager worker as a well-oiled-machine with her staff. They were all welcoming and friendly. Getting your annual eye exam is a headache but they made it a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be back next year.

I love this Lens Crafters! Everyone there was extremely professional and helpful! Ordered a pair of glasses and was told it would take 2-weeks, but ready in one! Beverly was extremely helpful with picking out frames and was even more helpful when it came to helping me pick lenses for school use. Thanks for your help Lens Crafters! I love the Lenscrafters inside of Macy's in Woodfield mall. It's like walking into a boutique .I have not had an exam in 4 years. Dr. Haider and staff were wonderful. They were also thorough with the cleaning and disinfecting. I appreciated that. It was fun picking out my glasses. They will see me next year!!
