The staff is fine. I am giving 2 stars based on prices here at this store. I went in store to buy name brand glasses that usually would cost me less than $200 online. Well in store they cost around $420. I did pick some extra coating this time but no way was that worth $200 more. I left the store without buying a pair. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP DIRECTLY AT LENSCRAFTERS.COM. go in store to try on and then first check if the glasses are cheaper online which mine were. Online my glasses only cost $153 vs $420 in store.

Called them 36 times for an eye emergency no answer I’ve spent thousands here between me, my husband and my children it’s ridiculous that they screen calls! 36 times I called them!

I had used another Eyeglass place of business prior to coming to Lens Crafters. Michael was awesome and listened as I explained my prior issue to him and wanted new glasses. He checked my last exam from LC from 2 years ago and compared it to the one I just took from another eye place. He noticed they were off by some and recommended I get a new exam from LC cuz he didn’t want to fill the prior prescription and my glasses be incorrect. Came in Tuesday Oct. 22 got the new eye exam and Michael assisted me with picking out new glasses with the correct exam. He was very thorough and made sure to get my order right! Very satisfied with his customer service. 10/10!!!

We just got here from Southern California and walked in because my glasses got bent. A beautiful wonderful woman wearing glasses adjusted our glasses for us she was so very nice and if I ever need anything to do with glasses I'm going to see her she's the best in the biz.

Just needed to go in to get a frame adjusted after bending it, and they had me in and out with a cleaning on top of that in less than 10 minutes. Very friendly staff as well.

Love love love the service we received and the explanation of add ons. We will be back!

My glasses I love them and the 1st time experience with lenscrafter

Very knowledgeable, kind, and fast. I was also able to park my big rig at the mall. There’s a truck driving school where you can park next to the other big rigs and walk straight to the von Maur entrance and LensCrafters is to the left after you enter.

Great experience exploring the possibilities for frames, lenses and coatings. Kasia truly knows her craft and makes it a joy to complete the process.

Outstanding experience. I had heard that Lens Crafters will adjust your glasses at no charge even if you purchased them elsewhere. I went in and asked if I could get my glasses adjusted and now I know that is absolutely true. I was helped by a nice gal named Kasia and was treated like very well. My glasses now fit correctly and I would highly recommend Lens Crafters for your eyewear needs.

Daughter broke the nose piece in her glasses. Stopped in and Edith replaced the nose piece and cleaned them up, free of charge. Awesome, friendly service.

Does it get any better than LensCrafters? The answer is no. The fantastic staff helped me with all my questions regarding the Ray Bans I was purchasing and made the process quick and easy. I found a sleek pair that not only complements my style but also offers incredible UV protection. Overall I am overjoyed with how I was treated and the product I purchased. 10/10. If you don't go to LensCrafters you are messing up. Shout outs to Kasia for being a sweetheart and helping me out.

Having been to 4 other eyeglass stores in the area, I HIGHLY recommend Kasia at LensCrafters in Moline, IL. She was knowledgeable, honest, helpful, and a very delightful young lady to work with. I appreciated her willingness, patience, and laughter 🤭 with me, as I searched for and found my new glasses. Talk about exceptional service with a SMILE 😃

They only have a Dr. (Herman)that can write scripts that works Saturday only. If you have a problem they can’t fix it until a week later. They need to have a Dr. that works there that can write scripts all week long. I was told that the other Dr. (female Dr.) that works there doesn’t write scripts for some odd reason. Don’t quite understand that one. Now I am trying to get my prescription to go through the insurance but it needs a prior authorization which they need the clinical notes from the Dr. That wrote the prescription and he works in Decatur I found out so he won’t be able to after the issue for a week or so. Not happy for something that should be so simple.

From the moment I walked into the store to the moment I walked out I was provided the most excellent customer service. Kasia was phenomenal! She was incredibly helpful, from selecting frames within my style guidelines to making ordering and selecting lens type a seamless experience. I would recommend to any and everyone. As a lifelong user of glasses, it is important to have a good experience when making the large purchase every couple years. Thanks for a positive experience Kasia and LensCrafters.
