Highly recommend this store! Dr. Gianfriddo was very thorough with my eye exam and extremely friendly. William and Titiana were SUPER helpful when I had insurance issues and very patient while calling multiple insurance companies to figure out how to get my benefits applied. I got new glasses, sunglasses and safety glasses and they made sure all of the discounts were applied and figured out how to maximize my benefits, all while maintaining a sense of humor and they were very, very friendly. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Had a great experience at LensCrafters at Touhy Ave,IL! Gazala assisted us in the best way possible and helped us choose the perfect glasses. The service was excellent, and we truly appreciate her patience and expertise. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality eyewear and a great customer experience!

Ghazala was a nice salesperson to work with at Lenscrafters on Touhy. She was patient with me even though I took a long time to decide what I wanted.

Staff is very helpful in answering my questions before purchasing a new pair of glasses, and explained the different add-ons that you can have and took the time to explain what they do. They even made adjustments to my current pair that I got somewhere else.

Excellent service, gifted salespeople who know their selection well. I have dealt with Will before and I would not choose a pair of glasses without his advice. I have received many compliments on frames he helped me to select. I have and will continue to recommend him to my friends and associates.

Everything went great from the moment we got in the store. Talk about good customer service Titiani was very pleasant to work with asked all the right questions and answered all that we had to ask. Always love looking forward to getting my yearly eye vision test done. Hands down the best location I’ve ever been to and will continue to keep going.

Worst service ever. Do not go there. Their customer service is terrible. The glasses took over 6 weeks because they failed quality check 3 different times. On the day that I was supposed to pick them up, I discovered that the glasses are still messed up. They failed to inspect them.

Just walked in desperately needing my glasses fixed. Worried that because I did not buy them there. They wouldn't be able to help. But a lovely lady named Gahzala fixed them in like 2 min. And didn't charge a thing. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I always go to LensCrafters for my eyecare needs. The doctors there are very good. I like the selection of frames they offer and the pricing is decent, provided you have proper insurance coverage.

Great customer service from all staff members! Knowledgeable and funny Ophthalmologist. Parking isn't great...be prepared to walk 2-5 minutes from their parking garage to the entry door.

Incredibly helpful and knowledge staff! Titiani and Ghazala were a fantastic help. Titiani assisted me in finding the right pair of Sunglasses. Ghazala was terrific in helping me fix a bent pair of eyeglasses, very patient and determined to get the right fit again!

I really enjoyed coming here for my eye exam and glasses. The staff were all very polite, helpful, and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. Dr. Dominguez is very thorough, patient and helpful. I asked him a ton of questions and he explained everything to me very well. Never did I feel rushed during my eye exam. William helped me with my eye glasses and frames. As I am a very picky and particular about everything, he never rushed me. I Had a great experience here. They have high index 1.74 lenses, and designer frames. Their technology is up to date, and service is impeccable.

Incredible customer service at this location. I want to thank Ghazala (hope I spelled that correctly) for personally being able to make my new glasses fit like a glove. I was having fit issues for a while and she was able to fix the problem.

Great service at this location. I was able to walk in and get an appointment with an eye doctor for an exam right away. The optometrist and eye doctor were very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The entire staff at the store was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I was able to find an affordable pair of frames without any pressure from the staff. They allowed me to try on lots of frames and assisted me to check out when they saw I was ready with the pair I liked. Everything was quick and easy from start to finish.

Went in for an eye checkup all the workers were super nice and professional! Titiani helped me choose my glasses she was super nice and walked me through all my options at the end I was very satisfied with the glasses I ordered!

The service and professionalism that the employees provide at this location were above and beyond my expectations! Titiyani was who assisted with me and she was amazing. Answered all the questions I had especially with my insurance coverage and also helped with picking out the right frames for me. I highly recommend this location, you won’t be disappointed.

Saw Ghazala who provided great service. She did not rush us on picking out frames and when one of the frames was not right she took it back and ordered another one. Just very pleasant and professional. She is an asset to LensCrafters. Will use her again when I need more help and recommend her to others. The store itself has an excellent selection of frames for men and women both basic and designer.

The entire team was great! Everyone was welcoming and helpful helping me find a new pair of glasses.

Fantastic, friendly, and very helpful!

I love Lenscrafters in Vernon Hills, so I decided to give this one a try. Worst decision and a waste of my time. I received an eye exam from Luis Dominguez, and I highly recommend you stay away from him. He completely rushed my eye exam, and gave me a prescription much lower than I would have expected and with missing values. I have an astigmatism and he made no marks for cyl or axis on the prescription, even though all my prior prescriptions ( 4+ prescriptions from 3 different optometrists over 5 years) have those values stated. I didn't wear glasses for about 2 years because I couldn't afford the exam and the new pair. Whenever I've skipped a lot of time from wearing glasses, my prescription always raises in my left eye. He wrote me the lowest prescription I've ever seen for that eye and told me I wouldn't wear the glasses if he wrote anything higher because I'll get headaches. It was busy and on New Year's Eve, but I made an appointment like everyone else. If the doctor wasn't going to bother doing the exam properly, I would've rather been asked to come back another time. Instead I was rushed and sent out with a bogus prescription, and I'll need to call my insurance and figure out if they'll even cover another exam. Really wish I could complain to some type of board about the optometrist, because what he is doing is wrong. He has no concern for the quality of care he gives, or whether he actually gives proper care at all. Front end staff at this place was amazing and extremely sweet, it's sad the doctor wouldn't be as professional. This knocks back my time to get glasses because now I need another prescription before ill feel comfortable ordering them. Here's a photo of my prescription I received from them, and I wrote down my prior prescription and highlighted it to show the differences.

Very beautiful new location - they had all my previous records from the Lincolnwood Mall location. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to make good recommendations since my contact lenses brand is being discontinued. The staff were very helpful and were continuously checking in with me and explaining the services and procedures before they did them as well as telling me what they were for. It was a very personal and enjoyable experience.
