Maria was absolutely amazing, with a GREAT customer service. She helped me fix my sunglasses that I had just bought in another store, she did what she could but since the glasses had a specific lenses that was not much she could do. Then I started to look for a new pair of sunglasses, I loved a specifo Ray Bans one, but not the color, I asked if it was another color in the back, she went to check and came back with a black pair, that had just arrived from shipment. I was so so happy, since I was going on vacation and was in need for a new sunglasses. She then told me that my insurance had a discount which I didnt know. What an amazing experience!! Thank you so much! Small gestures makes such a big impact!

Stopped by to get a nose pad on my glasses repaired. They took care of me with no charge!!! This is the best Lens Crafters with the best customer service!!!!

My husband had previously came here and was so pleased with his exam and that’s exactly what brought me in! Jasmine worked with him and helped him with choosing his glasses and by coincidence Jasmine helped me also. She was so informative and kind and I really appreciated that so much. Dr. Thai was amazing as well and it was such a great overall experience!

I was satisfied with the service, however, I’m still waiting to receive my glasses, and it has been nearly a month since I purchased it.

I wanted to share my outstanding experience with the office staff, Dr. Mavrofrides and Dr. Thai. I thought I had more contacts left than I did and was in a panic because I was leaving for a trip in under a week. They were so helpful and were able to get me an appointment in a day. The visit with Dr. Mavrofrides was wonderful. Usually I see Dr. Thai who is also amazing. They were able to give me a sample contacts until my new order arrived. The office placed my order right away and I am so pleased that the contacts have already arrived just in time before I leave on my vacation! Thank you!!!

All 3 people I dealt with at the eye doctors office, including Dr. Mav were awesome! The LensCrafters lady who I ordered my glasses with was also wonderful!

Roland was exceptionally helpful because my glasses came in and they were just handed to me by the store manager and not to say the asst store manager measured me wrong as well I was wondering why I wasn’t able to and it was very frustrating to not to be able see out of your new glasses . But Roland assist me and made sure I was able to read the the computer and he remeasured and everything was great I really appreciate Roland taking the time to go over everything from start to finish I highly recommend ask for Roland ! I’ve been waiting on a call that my order has arrived for weeks but when I have attempted to call them for the past 5 days and no one ever answers the phone… The staff her is so nice and helpful but so swamped that they do not answer the phone. I called the optometrist office to leave a callback message. They are in desperate need of a receptionist.

Awesome and professional customer service. The doctor was very knowledgeable and caring. The reason for the very knowledgeable, she noticed something in my eye that my previous two doctor missed. I highly recommend this location.Thank you Dr Thai !!

I had lost my glasses and needed To replace my glasses the same day. I didn’t think it was possible because usually they take a week to come, but I expressed my concerns to Shaun and Kate and they went out their way to make it possible to receive my glasses on the same day. Luckily they had everything in stock they needed to make this possible. Really appreciate the effort and care they gave.

Everyone that I interacted with were superb. I went in anxious but they have earned my trust. Highly recommend.

Dr portion of this facility is garbage!!! Money money money give me your money while we ignore FLORIDA law. Stay away from this place. They do not know the law and scam countless people every year to get an eye exam! Y'ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

I never have used LENS CRAFTERS before but will again because Maria was very helpful in picking my new frames and fitting me for them.

The doctor was really nice an helpful but the lens crafters staff could use some training. I waited for over a hour for my appointment and I was 10 mins early. Then I give them a call a day later an I'm left on hold for an extended period of time. I will not be returning to this office due to the excessive wait times for no reason it seems.

I was amazed how knowledgeable and friendly the whole staff was when I went to have my eyes examined . They took time to get to know my wants and needs and made sure any question was answered clearly. They did a thorough eye exam with new instruments that I haven’t seen before. The office is very up-to-date and educated in the industry. I certainly will be telling my friends about LensCrafters in Winter Garden Florida.

Here's I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters! I came in with a broken pair of glasses, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. They repaired my glasses quickly and efficiently, saving me from the hassle of needing a new pair. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Came for eye exam and had to use the restroom. Was told they don't have a public restroom, inquired if the store had one for the employees and was told that it was out of order and to go to Just Salad 2 doors down to use theirs! Totally unacceptable for a business like Lenscrafters not to have a restroom for their patrons!!!

I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasmine. She was so friendly and attentive to my needs. She took her time and made sure I was more than pleased with the service she provided me. Please, if you visit this Lens Crafters, ask for Jasmine!!

The service provided to me was the worst I have ever experienced at a retail establishment. I had brand new glasses that were not adjusted correctly, “they fixed them”, but by the time I got home the lens fell out. My lens in my sunglasses continue to have issues, and the solution was to replace the lens I just purchased and spend an additional $425? I was embarrassed for them as a company. I won’t return to this office and would encourage everyone else to rethink using this outlet.

I’ve had great success with Kate and her team at Lens Crafters in Winter Garden. She’s patient, kind and happy to help however she can. Plus, she is a pro at helping you select the PERFECT frames for your face. Go check them out.

My husband and son completed eye examinations here today and were denied their PD (pupil distance) because they were not ready to purchase eyeglasses at this location. The Dr could have provided this detail and so could the sales associates or Optician on the store side of this operation. Definitely wont be back or purchasing anything here for sure.…..

Diana was incredibly helpful! Easy process to get glasses fitted to my small face. I wound up getting sunglasses also because Diana was very confident in helping me find the right glasses.
