I came to LensCrafters recently to find my 3.5 year old daughter eye glasses that would fit her. They had a TON of children size glasses to choose from with a variety of brands and price ranges. AJ helped us and worked so so well with my daughter and was patient and kind! He was absolutely wonderful and made the experience flawless. Thank you all so much!

I went in on January 9, 2025, and placed an order of readers and was told they would be ready by the 19th of January. I called a day or two ago and was told they will be ready by the 27th. Now THIS ARE JUST READERS, why it would take this long. I just called and no one picks up the call. I will never use this company again. THIS IS RIDICULOUS I PAID AND NOW THEY ARE NO ANSWERING. Finally Sunday comes and I got a message left by Angie. She started that my glasses are in the final process, they are coming from Ohio, and she will call back in a couple of days. I called the Tuesday after, I canceled my order and Angie, did not apologize for the inconvenience. She didn’t even try to keep me as a customer, she gladly cancelled with no hesitation what so ever. So Angie does not have the best interest in her company or customer.

Not a regular LensCrafters. Apparently this is a private Dr & they charge far more than I’ve paid at any other LensCrafters location in the past.

This is my second time going to this location and I’ve had a great experience both times. Thank you

I worked with AJ this afternoon to get fitted for new glasses and he was awesome!!! He was honest with his opinions on which glasses looked best and extremely knowledgeable with which lenses worked with my prescription. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I took an appointment for my 2 kids with eye doctor and even they confirmed one day before and when we went just 9 mins late and due to long walking they said we can take only one and one was scheduled at earlier which was not communicated to us. Just saying sorry is not a solution right. Very bad experience. I advice please ask for confirmation message or email if any one booking an appointment particularly at this location. Otherwise it will be a sorry you can hear at all.

Vision and store friendly and helpful. Had to go back to replace frames did not fit on my ears. Next time I'll spend more time inspecting the frames. I thank the assistant manager for helping me out.

The doctor was great. I’m sorry to give a star to the establishment based on that I’ve been in the optical field for over 15 years ran three optical stores in the New York City. Ordered glasses on 30 July. Told them I needed it before the 12th on the 12th because I haven’t gotten a response. I was told the glasses were sitting there since the eighth. I asked why I wasn’t. I called. The Fabrizio told me that there was a problem with the texting system. I asked why wasn’t I called? They’ve been sitting there for over a week. He had no response and frustration. I told him you could at least have your voice and I would like to speak to your manager he told his manager not here today and I can talk to her tomorrow, I told him this was not acceptable. Respond to me. I don’t have to talk to him like this and hung up the phone bad that Luxottica owns LensCrafters the frame companies. Luxottica owns the lens manufacturers. Luxottica owns my insurance company which I used to pay for the glasses so the complete circle for them that you would at least make up for it. Service would be top-notch that man has no business dealing with the public or helping anyone with selection of glasses, I will never go to that location again!!!

Good Costumer Service

So helpful and professional. Angela assisted me as a walk-in, and was able to help me with the most economical options based on my needs. Fantastic clean store, with more options and greater selection than other stores I've been to.

Jerald was great! So was Annie. Almost last day of the year and they were busy but were kind and patient helping adjust a few glasses I had sat on and some that had changed from a recent surgery!

I came in with a prescription from elsewhere, and was treated like garbage because of that. They really don't like it when you don't use their own prescription. I went to the Citrus Park Mall location, and the lady that helped me had long brown hair and glasses (didn't get her name). She refused to help me pick a pair of glasses, and literally said point blank "go look for a pair you like." Then walked away to help another customer. I spent a considerable amount of time looking for glasses I liked, and while I was still looking around, more people came in after me, and instead of helping me, this lady went on to help the people who came in after me. I even started going through their drawers because I wasn't being helped. I've been wearing glasses since I was a child, and at every eye place I've been to I've always been helped. This is the first time I wasn't helped. When I finally did pick a pair of glasses after spending a considerable amount of time looking, I stood there by the register for another while. This lady would keep walking by me, ignoring me. Until finally she approached me, and said "are those what you want" in the most unfriendly tone. Then she told me to have a seat. So I sat where she told me, which was all the way in the back. And then I waited and waited while she helped literally everyone else who was there. Mind you, by this point, I was already at this store for around 40 minutes. She had so much time to help me, but she was making it very obvious that she wasn't going to. Finally this guy came out from the back of the store and saw me sitting there and helped me out. If it weren't for him, I'm sure this lady would've closed the store without having helped me. I felt like I was treated like absolute garbage, and have never been treated so poorly at any eye place I've been to. And like I said, I've been wearing glasses since I was a kid so I've been to many eye places. That lady was rude and shouldn't be working in any kind of customer service capacity.

Angela is the absolute best! She is knowledgeable and definitely has a passion for helping you find the perfect pair of glasses!! Angie is always willing to help adjust my glasses for a perfect fit ! Thank you Angie for all your expertise!

I always go to the Citrus Park store. I like the drs there, and the staff is friendly and a joy to work with. The selection is top notch and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing.

About a month ago my sister bought a pair of glasses at LensCrafter at the Citrus Park Mall in Tampa Florida. AJ assisted her and was just an amazing employee. Today I went back to LensCrafter and requested AJ again. He helped me find the perfect frames and accessorize the lenses. What a knowledgeable, kind and patient worker. He is a credit to your organization. Traveled over an hour just to have him help me. Great job.

I’m ecstatic to have found such an Amazing Optician. I’m extremely picky, Angie was able to pick out the perfect frames for me, she was very thorough while going over my lense options as well as prices . I was very comfortable with her suggestions. I ordered my glasses on my initial visit which is a rarity for me ! I’m extremely happy with the service that I received at Lens Crafters at Citrus Park Mall on yesterday. May I also recommend Dr Stacey Wenger OD ! You will not be disappointed that I promise ! I have an eye condition. Dr. Stacy’s examines my eyes thoroughly & stays on top of my treatment plan. Let me start with the medical provider, Beyond 2020 vision specialist and Dr Wenger. The experience during the eyes exam was very nice, professional delivery, respectful and very detailed. The Dr took time to explain several aspects of the eyes exam. We were very pleased with the service provided by him. After a great experience at the eyes exam, we went to choose our lenses with very high expectations and Eva surpassed all of our expectations as well. Eva was very knowledgeable about the different types of lenses. She was very attentive about our needs and extremely assertive providing great recommendations. We are very happy about the entire experience at Lens Crafters. Eva, thanks so much for your attentions and amazing customer service.

The eye doctor was great and very good at explaining everything that was going on. The sales associate also helped me choose affordable lenses and frames.

Good customer service without a hard sell. I haven’t gotten the glasses yet so only 4 stars until I like the glasses.

I went in to LensCrafters to get new nose pads for my glasses. I was greated professionally and within 5 minutes I was leaving free of charge with new pads. Thank you LensCrafters for another great experience.

I came in to simply have a screw fixed. The staff on hand was successful in helping me make the repair. And there was no charge. They were also very kind.

The store was really busy but the person who helped me was really good. It’s expensive though.
