I could only see clearly reading up close, though these $250 lenses (not frames) were sold as progressive. My online glasses work just as well for me, though they are an older prescription and considerably cheaper. I attempted to bring my glasses in to have the issue addressed and was told that I would have to pay an additional upcharge in order to put me in the correct lenses. Why was i sold the original lenses under apparent false pretense? I brought them in to adjust within the 30 day window. They frustratingly offered to refund me and take back the lenses. Unacceptable waste of much of my valuable time. The salesperson did not clarify, was confusing and condescending, and it took another salespersons intervention to prevent this review from being one star. I could only see clearly reading up close, though these $250 lenses (not frames) were sold as progressive. My online glasses work just as well for me, though they are an older prescription and considerably cheaper. I attempted to bring my glasses in to have the issue addressed and was told that I would have to pay an additional upcharge in order to put me in the correct lenses. Why was i sold the original lenses under apparent false pretense? I brought them in to adjust within the 30 day window. They frustratingly offered to refund me and take back the lenses. Unacceptable waste of much of my valuable time. The salesperson did not clarify, was confusing and condescending, and it took another salespersons intervention to prevent this review from being one star. I broke the string on my frameless glasses this weekend and came to the LensCrafters at Macy's in St. Pete where Melissa cheerfully repaired them. It took her several minutes to repair but she wouldn't accept payment or a tip. I had bought my glasses at another LensCrafters location so I appreciate Melissa taking care of them. Joanna was absolutely incredible. She helped me pick out the perfect lenses and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable with the entire exam/lens selection/purchase process. Joanna was kind and attentive--she is clearly a professional at what she does!

I don't appreciate calling for over 25 mins and no answer. Arrived at store to pickup replace lens to find out it closed. handwritten note. If they had at least updated their voice-mail message indicating it was closed that would have been helpful.. Complete customer fall!

Love the personal experience you get here. It's much nicer than going to the larger stores. The selection is smaller but I've always found something I liked. The people that work there always try to find you the best value for your money. They are very patient and helpful. The other great thing is that you can use your Macys card to pay.

I went in with a broken set of glasses, and thought that I would have to buy a whole new pair. But the guy Randy was really cool, he was able to look at the Broken Bow of my glasses and find a screw that he was able to reattach, making them good as new. I will definitely return when it's time for a new pair!

The staff out front are BEYOND WONDERFUL!!!! The doctor not so much. She was so fast and I had to keep asking her to go back to choose which was more clear to see, A or B. Needless to say, I now have glasses I can't see or focus with. But the front staff is incredible!

Dr Webb is terrific, very thorough, covered all my questions, and was very personable. The staff were very helpful. They all went over and above what I expected. They have a good selection of frames and sunglasses. I love my new contacts!

Randy helped me out. My glasses were broken, the wire on the lenses of my glass came off the lenses. To me it was the end of the world but Mr. Randy stepped in to save my day! He took his diligent time with my glasses which looked very tedious. He fixed them with no problem and got me back on about my day! Great guy and a great employee 15 out of 10 I recommend y’all go see Randy!
