As I was on the market for new glasses, I came into LensCrafters to get an updated eye exam and browse on what glasses would best suit me. For the eye exam, Ashley was a great help as she was attentive and patient through the whole process offering what I consider my best eye exam experience. When completed with the eye exam, I started to browse through glasses and Cynthia was exceptional. Cynthia was accommodating and tailored to my preferences. She was really insightful and steered me to the perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend.

This is my second year coming here, and it feels like their focus is shifting more toward profit. Last year, I noticed that the glasses in-store were priced significantly higher than online— I ended up buying the same pair from LensCrafters' website for 30-40% less. I didn’t think much of it at the time since I saved money. However, this year’s experience was a bit unsettling. During my $10 annual eye exam, I was told that the doctor requires a retinal imaging exam for an extra $39. I had the same test done last year at this location, and, being in my mid-thirties with a simple prescription and low risk for retinal issues, I don’t see why it needs to be repeated yearly.

Always the best service

I had a great experience at the Fort Lauderdale Lens Crafters(North Federal Highway) My appointment started on time. My examination went well and the Dr was patient and answered any questions I may have. Tisha M. Is absolutely professional, polite, and extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to ship my glasses to me because I live off island. Definitely visit this location if you are looking for a friendly courteous staff.

I don't like leaving bad reviews especially when the first few times we went to this Lenscrafter everything was fine. But we've been waiting for a pair of replacement glasses for over a month now. I talked to someone last week and he pointed out it's "only been three weeks" but my wife and I were there almost 2 weeks before that to ask for the replacement and nothing was started until 2 weeks later when I called and they basically said oops we forgot to put the order in. When I talked to someone about 10 days ago they said the order was delivered but most likely it was stolen. I understand these things happen but at the end of the day my wife asked for a replacement to her brand new glasses because there was a scratch she didn't notice when she first picked them up....and almost a month and a half later and we're still waiting for the glasses.

I was in need of a simple repair. Nick and Cynthia took the time to help me out and did an amazing job. In Today's world I find this extremely kind. No hard-sell or upselling. I was very impressed with the style selection and professionalism. I Highly recommend this store.

A pure waste of my time. They tell me they take my insurance then tell me they don’t when I get there. Like if people have time to waste

Today I had my annual eye exam at the Lenscrafters in Galleria Mall. The overall experience was fantastic. Friendly staff, very professional and thorough Optometrist. Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of options to book your appointment. Covered parking garage steps away from the front door. It doesn't get any better. I strongly recommend this place.

Horrible Horrible customer service. The dr should fire his staff. I had an appointment and showed up early to look at glasses. I checked in and was told my appointment was given away because their text system sent me a text and I didn’t respond (no text to be found on my phone) Instead of picking up the phone to call me they just gave my appointment away. The male employee was demeaning and could care less. The female employee wouldn’t even look up at me. The grinch is alive and well at Lenscrafters in Galleria Mall.

They do a very thorough eye exam and Dr. Radzwill explains anything wrong with your eyes and tells you your options. I highly recommend them.

Extremely poor customer service (more than twice). I was very disappointed in the service, lack of professionalism, and incorrect information I was provided. I am still waiting on a phone call from the District Manager to discuss the experiences I encountered with the staff at the Galleria Mall location. On a brighter note, I had a great experience at the LensCrafters located within the Broward Mall. If you are seeking great customer service and a knowledgeable staff, that is the location to visit.The manager's name is Sandy. She and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sandy and her team deserve to be recognized as they retained a customer for Lenscrafters. I will patronize that location moving forward.

This is the first time that I had a great experience with someone about telling me what is the perfect glasses for me. Joel is an expert.

Terrible service. Their booking system online doesn't work. We kept trying to book appointments, even tried different devices, and at the end it gives me an error saying to try again. Spoke with the office and they said they were all going through. I apologized for the mix up and explained the error and then they wanted to charge us $10 to hold the appointments because there were two of us. I told her fine, I won't get my exam there. They then retaliated and CANCELLED my wife's appointment.
