Do not get customer service from Linda! She is rude and condescending. She insisted that I look at specific frame types instead of letting me explore the selection by myself and in peace. She was also not interested in explaining different lens and pricing options. She insisted that the price was higher than I expected because I'm also paying for her service and expertise. She asked if I would be able to mix my own medicine. In the same way, I would not be able to order glasses without her expertise and service. I left and ordered my glasses from the Boynton Beach location. I would highly recommend the Boynton Beach location over this location (or maybe just stay away from Linda).

Don’t waste your time going to this store. I called and spoke to Ony the optician regarding an issue I was having with another employee from their store told me information that she was saying it was invalid. She was not helpful nor did she care to assist me. Go to another store where people will care about you. Stay away from them

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, thanks to Jose, the Store Market Manager. From the moment I walked in, he made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. He was super knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of glasses. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and their experience. Jose and Nicholas were phenomenal!!!! Besides having a sweet and wonderful personalities their professionalism and knowledge were superb. Nicholas was so extraordinarily patient and diligent making sure the glasses were perfect fit. Jose greeted us first with a wonderful smile and it just got better. These two were superb in every manner.

It was a wonderful experience we had at LensCrafters. This was the first time we purchased eyeglasses from LensCrafters. We originally came in because I broke, by accident, the frames of my wife’s reading glasses. Bonnie and Linda gave us all their attention and showed us a new beautiful frame from a wide selection for my wife’s glasses. While we were in the store we learned that there was a sale going on and we ended up purchasing also a new pair of glasses to be used as a spare, and the price was unbelievable low. Based on this very positive experience, whenever I need glasses in the future I know where to go, straight to LensCrafters, and I’ll ask for either Bonnie or Linda because they both did such a wonderful job, customer satisfaction guaranteed!

I purchased the insurance for $25 for lifetime and I dropped my sunglasses and the frame cracked and now they're saying that the coverage expired so they lie I would not recommend lenscrafters at all

I always have a very nice time when visiting this office. Dr Ronie is a professional and listens intently to all my concerns. The glasses I get are of high quality and really fit my needs perfectly. I especially love the staff and everyone working there. Deana especially is wonderful, she is very friendly and extremely helpful. She is also very efficient and answers all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I definitely like coming to the office because of her. Excellent service!!

Honestly one of the best experiences at an eyeglass store! I used to go to the Lenscrafter in the Boca mall, but this experience was so much better. Dr. Z was extremely friendly along with all of his staff! Deana helped me from the beginning, she instantly became my friend and I can walk out of the store happy with a new pair of glasses! Definitely will be coming here from now on.

TLDR: Super rude, broke my glasses, did not help fix them, offered me nothing in return. DONT’T GO HERE. GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE . I went in for an eye exam. The exam was fine. My prescription changed by 0.25 or 0.50. I looked around for frames and they were all very expensive. I was honest with them that I was probably going to get them online at a cheaper store or wait for another few paychecks to get one here. The Dr who did my exam noticed that my frames were crooked, so he offered for one of the workers to adjust it for me until I was able to get new frames. When they tried to adjust it, they BROKE my frames. I was in shock and she just handed it back to me like nothing happened and just sent me on my way. The next day I went back and spoke with the manager about what had happened and the person who broke my glasses was there and LIED and said that I was the one that broke my glasses, not her. I stood my ground and told them to review the camera footage because that’s not what had happened at which point the manager just offered to fit my lenses in their frames (for 300+ dollars). I said that I did not want to pay that since my frames were fine before and my prescription that not changed by that much. She said it’s not her fault if I bought cheap frames online and they broke while they were doing me a favor. She was extremely rude and unapologetic about the whole situation, which made me very frustrated. even if I were to get new glasses with them, it would take weeks for it to be ready. and as I suffer from chronic migraines that are triggered by not wearing my glasses, that was not an option for me. I expressed my frustration and she said there’s nothing she can do and gave me a cleaning wipe for free for my troubles, which is ridiculous. I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but it caused me so much trouble and pain and they were SO RUDE i could not let this go unnoticed.

Ordered frames,, they never called me to say they were in!!!!! So I finally called to see why I wasn’t called,, The woman didn’t have an answer

This is my second time getting progressive glasses at the LensCrafters on Linton. The service is outstanding. Dr Blythe did a thorough eye exam scanning my retina and reviewing my eye health. Linda, the optician, helped me pick out a frame and lenses. She was great, patient and I didn’t feel rushed. From my prior experience, this shop gave me excellent progressives. No trouble getting use to them and the prescription was perfect.

I called to see if they would be willing to adjust a pair of sunglasses that were not purchased from them. I was immediately greeted at the door with smiles in a courteous and friendly manner. My glasses were fixed at no cost. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Frist time I had an eye examination that was so throughly explained yet simple enough to understand. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and the eyes glasses are numerous to choose from not to mention beautiful. I’m very pleased with my experience and my service I left with beautiful efficient eye wear that’s worth every penny.
