We love this location. Second year going here Dr. Mary Makar is fantastic and quick. Danielle helped us with our glasses and she made the experience wonderful and easy. She even fixed my current sunglasses for me. Thank you Danielle!

At Lens Crafters, Alondra was very pleasant, kind, and professional. She took her time with me showing designer eyewear that BEST matched my characteristics. My experience was GREAT!

Me and my son purchased glasses today, and the experience, the service, provided from khyla was beyond refreshing! She showed is lens options and explained everything in a fun and welcoming manner! Shout out to Lens Crafters for having such exceptional customer service!

Time for real review! I would caution people to use this location with care due to the fact that it seems this location runs its own business practices. I went to this location to fulfill my frame and lens prescription and was met with some weird information. I was told I was unable to purchase ray ban sunglasses unless I put the lens in with them. My insurance informed me that that was not the case. I went to another lens crafters and was able to purchase the exact same frames that I wanted. Take the frames and go to my eye. Doctor and have the prescription fulfilled with less out-of-pocket payment than this lens. Crafters was charging me. No one was able to explain why this particular lenscrafters location was doing the business practice they were doing.

Fast and very friendly

Overall a fantastic visit. Dr Makar is very nice and knows what she's doing. Customer Service out front were very helpful, knowledge, and friendly. Great selection of glasses and shades.. they knew all the insurance ins & outs which made it quick too.

My visit was excellent. Both the optometrist and the service from the vision specialist was perfect. An extremely patient, experienced and professional. Shannon is amazing if you are fortunate to receive assistance from her I highly recommend this delightful young woman.

Outstanding customer service. Was greeted promptly even without an appointment. Was treated with the utmost respect and was helped with selecting the best frame and lens for my needs.

Shannon was wonderful and helped me right as I entered the store and began to look around. She brought me different pairs of glasses that she thought would look good on me and go with my style and ultimately helped me pick a pair that I probably would not have looked at without her help! Cannot recommend this store and staff enough!

I had a mediocre experience. The day of my appointment everyone was great! I really enjoyed the doctor. However, the day I picked up my glasses, the person just handed them to me. Didn’t sit me down to try them on, just said “Here you go, you can try them on if you want.” Then I asked for my PD numbers so I could order a backup pair of glasses. He said “I don’t know what that is.” I was able to talk to another girl and she gave me my PD numbers and I went on my way. When I went to order another pair it flagged my PD numbers as being unusual and I called to verify. The girl on the phone said I had to come in to be measured? I asked if she could just give me the ones that were on the prescription of the glasses I had just received. She then proceeded to give me an entirely different set of numbers. So I still have no idea what my PD numbers are. I spent over $500 dollars on new glasses and I didn’t even get a cleaning cloth? It just left a little to be desired.

Dr.Makar is fantastic!!! The ladies up front were very helpful in getting a new pair of lenses and frames. Thank you😁🥰

Lens crafters won't craft my lens. Said that they don't wanna be responsible for them. Should change the name if you can't craft any and all lenses

My time at LensCrafters in the Christiana Mall was nothing but a pleasure! I went in for an eye exam and also picked out new frames. The customer service from Sheila was excellent and the eye exam with doctor Makar was easy as all my questions were addressed. I would highly recommend!

After waiting over 3 weeks I came to the store to be told my $487 glasses were no longer in stock. A phone call email or any form of notification would have been nice.

I went in and asked one of the employees whether she knew how to fix lopsided glasses. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time (more than half an hour) to help me figure out the right screw and did it all for me. When I asked how much I should pay, she told me it's just something they do so no need. While I was waiting, another employee also checked whether I was attended to. I would definitely recommend this place with how helpful they people there are!

Sheila at the Christiana Mall LensCrafters was amazing, and she made my experience absolutely wonderful. We laughed and joked and it was all smiles. She made me want to continue using LensCrafters. Patient, nice, explained everything and changed my contacts and I never saw so good in my life. I was about to cry how good I can see now.

Super smooth experience. Walked in and ask to make an eye exam appointment and they did my exam right away. Then I made my choice of frames. Enter Shannon she was the perfect product specialist that explained every option clearly with a sense of humor. I quickly made my choice and because I chosed almost every option available Shannon told they'd be ready in 3 weeks. Voila! She text me a week later that my glasses were ready! Fast service, great glasses. Thank you Shannon and Lens Crafters.

Additionally, the sales associate Danielle did a great job adjusting some of my older glasses and was patient and informative during the prescription sunglasses purchase. After being a LensCrafters’ customer for more than 20 years, this is my first time at this location. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Dr. Makar is warm, friendly and takes her time to explain everything. Mike was my salesperson. However, I never felt like he was ‘selling’ me anything. He was friendly, informative and he also took his time to explain every detail of my eyeglass selections. Five Stars!

It’s been a month and I still haven’t received my 2 years old daughter’s glasses. Everytime I call they give me a different excuse and a different date to pick them up. It’s frustrating because my daughter really needs them, most stores have them ready in a week, I would never purchase glasses here again!

Brittany is so customer friendly, funny and approachable! She has helped me on prior purchases and I will surely seek out her assistance with future purchases. My husband and I are extremely long time customers of Lens Crafters.

I visited the store at Christiana Mall in DE. The staff were warm, friendly, and greeted us when we walked in. Shannon was amazing! She was extremely patient with my mother and I as we tried on nearly all the frames at the store LOL. She was very attentive, detailed, and knowledgeable. My mother mistakenly left her vision insurance at home, however Shannon went above and beyond to obtain it online after many tries. She explained all the options available and helped us to make the best decision to fit our needs. The store started to get busy and not once did we ever feel rushed or felt that she was just trying to make sale. She genuinely took care of us from beginning to end. This is the type of service that keeps us as long time customers! Not to mention fast delivery. Thank you for the experience, we will be back!

Great Store! Service was excellent! Team was calm and helpful even under the pressure of their systems being down. They moved things along smoothly and swiftly. I live quite a distance from the store and the Manager offered to mail out my glasses. I said yes because my experience in this store made me feel confident that if there should be an issue I know it will be taken care of. Kudos to this entire team!!!!
