The consultant was very attentive and helpful. Everything was done quickly, and they provided all of the options available. They were very patient as I spent quite a bit of time trying on many different frames. The sale was completed very quickly. I was quoted a two-week lead time.

This ended up being a virtual visit with an online doctor. I left with more questions than I could get answers to. The Customer Service lady I worked with was very, very sweet and definitely doing her very best but this was an overall poor experience. I wish they would have told me that there was no onsite dr. who could answer questions.

Ordered my son's glasses nearly a month ago. We called and called and when we finally got in touch with someone they said they had to send the glasses back. Went in today since no one wanted to answer the phone. Our home is nearly an hour away. The lady said we have his glasses here. They had the frames and the lenses were completely removed. I don't understand why NO ONE is notifying us. The lady said call the store Manager Matt Smith and gave us his card. It's the same number that rings to the store where NO ONE ANSWERS. We paid nearly a thousand dollars for these glasses and this place is a JOKE! I'm calling corporate in the morning.
