Cain helped fit my son’s glasses - very helpful and extremely kind!! We hadn’t bought the glasses from there either, and they were more than happy to help make sure they fit well! Highly recommend!

Really disappointing experience with this location. 7 weeks ago my spouse William Vandermeer and I came for eye exams. My spouse ordered glasses with them, I did not. After several weeks had passed, he called to check about the glasses and was told they weren’t in yet. At the 6 week point, I physically went in to the office and was told there was no record of him having ordered/paid for glasses. I insisted this was wrong, the employee tried to insist he was correct. After continuing to look he eventually found the receipt from the order. He claims there was a “glitch” in the system and the glasses order was not sent out. The order is now allegedly made as of that day. We later remember my spouse was also supposed to receive trial contacts, as he paid extra for the contact lens exam. I call again this past Saturday Dec 14th and am told by the associate that they are just too busy to look for the trial contacts that day. I insist that they look as it has been almost 7 WEEKS since the appointment. They say they’ll call back later, they never do. Monday Dec 16 rolls around and we still haven’t heard from them so we call back, can’t get a hold of anyone, so we leave a message. It is now Wednesday Dec 18th and we still haven’t heard from anyone about the missing trial contacts. It’s a shame the store associates seem to be collectively so unprofessional and unbothered, as we did find our exams with the doctor to be thorough. However, once we receive my spouse’s glasses and trial contacts, we will not be returning. For comparison, I have taken my script and ordered glasses through Warby Parker and have since received 2 pairs in the time that my spouse has failed to receive anything at all from LensCrafters, including a simple call back.

Lauren is awesome! After being displeased with the glasses I chose she assisted me with getting a different pair that fit properly look great!

Dr. Mok was thorough in my eye exam and gave me great tips for eye health. Lauren did a wonderful job helping me find frames and I am so excited about my new look. Thank you to the whole team!!

I had a lovely experience, Patrick helped me find the right frames for my face and was knowledge in the difference in lens options. It was quick and easy, Patrick was a great salesperson. I recommend anyone to come to this lens crafter for professional optical services.

I got into a car accident on Saturday my glasses flew off my face, and the lovely lady that was doing inventory on Monday sept 9th, helped me readjust my glasses again, also let me know that cleaning and tightening are free! How lovely. ❤️‍🩹

I came into LensCrafters to get my glasses repaired and had a terrific experience. Annie was personable and helpful and fixed the problem quickly! I will make my way here always for glasses

They adjusted my glasses because they were sliding off my nose. I offered to pay and they provided the adjustment as a complimentary service. The staff was very friendly and quick. I'll most likely go back and purchase something in the future.

Destiny, the store associate who helped me with my purchases, is very kind, patient and knowledgeable regarding eye-wear needs. I would certainly recommend the Colorado Mills store! Keep up the great work!

Horrible service, they are not professional at all. I ordered my contact lenses in advance for a trip, they said it would be 5 business days, it's been almost a month and still nothing. I called them for help and the assistant manager said he would call me back and he didn't. They don't care about the customers. The girl at the reception is very rude and disrespectful. They should receive better training, I do not recommend this place.

Dr. Mok is always so thorough during my eye exams. It truly feels like she remembers all of her patients and past conversations. All of the sales associates are helpful and attentive. I especially had a great experience with Esperonza, who went over all of my options and prices for replacing the lenses in my old frames. While a bit pricey, I appreciate the honesty, and the quality can't be beat!

Will be the last time I go to this place. Advertise a well respected company yet when I went to get contacts they had to be ordered. Which is fine, yet when I needed a spare pair the had to decline. This to me is a poor use of space which is creating a very bad customer relationship for its people. People are the business and I will no longer be condoning to the greedy empire. They lost my business for good.

Dr. Mok, Naomi, and Patrick were all very helpful and friendly. There was also a great selection of frames to choose from.

Horrible service. Female working could not be bothered while sitting on her phone. No one else was in the store we were not even greeted. She was even too lazy or inconvenienced when we were asking about different color options. Go somewhere else.

Angel was great, helped me pick out and get glasses and sunglasses, I tried like 20 different pairs and she helped me all the way, give her a raise or something

DR.Mok was friendly and thorough and very good at what she does. The girls in the front were friendly and helpful. They helped me find the perfect pare of glasses for my first pair at 39 years old.

I want to recognize and show appreciation for Destiny at the Lakewood/Golden location, who was a huge help in getting me a box of contacts last minute as I ran out of my current prescription and am not due for benefits until January. Thank you Destiny!!

Patrick was wonderful. He readjusted my mangled glasses & made such a difference with the comfort & how well my bifocals were realigned.

Very rude employees on both the doctors side as well as lens crafters side. Don’t answer phone calls do follow through on requests. I would not recommend this place.

I walked in and was greeted immediately. She informed me she was helping another client, but she took the time to guide me to the frames I was interested in. I found 2 options and sat where they had informed me to sit when I was ready. Another woman (sorry, can't remember her name) came almost immediately and helped me decide between the 2 frames. She worked with the options for pricing, got them ordered and waiting for my new specs in about 7 working days.

Angle assisted me. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend this location.

This is my 3rd attempt to get glasses at this location. Their hours online do not match the hours on the door. They never answer their phone. They may have a better selection, but trying to buy from them is a joke.
