I randomly walked in to the Masonville location, London, ON because I need to update my lenses and frames. Jill was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and didn't rush me while I was making my selection. She was helpful in my making my final decision. She was also very helpful with my choosing the proper coatings and made me aware that there are different types of progressive lenses that I could choose from. No one has ever mentioned that to me before! I feel like I've been walking around with poorly put together glasses until now. I will definitely be coming back to thos location for my eyewear needs. I do find the prices substantially higher than what I'm used to. Today I paid the same amount for one frame/lenses at 50% off, that I would normally pay for two pairs but if the quality is better and I will now be able to manage my progressives better, then I guess it's worth it. And now I'll be able to see better with night driving! Thank you Jill! Very much appreciated! ☺️ I'm very excited for my new frames! 🥰

Came by to replace the nose pads on my glasses, and Rochele and Dhara were great. They replaced them free of charge.

This store has a large, fancy collection of frames. My sister and I bought glasses, and our shopping experience was great. Dhara assisted us, and she was very helpful and amazing!

I also appreciated how quick and efficient the process was. My new glasses were ready in few days. Overall, I’m extremely happy with my experience and love my new glasses. Customer for 20 years. It used to be when you picked up your glasses a service rep would take the time to examine how your new glasses fit you. Not anymore now it is here are your glasses put them on and see you later. This has been my experience on my last two purchases. I recently returned a pair bc they hurt my right ear. I was given a replacement pair. Same terrible experience and again I have a sore right ear. Will be returning these and going to try and find a place with professional service.

Went in to look around as I got a new prescription last week. I was greeted with a friendly smile and was told about the awesome promos in store. I was approached after browsing a few minutes by a very friendly lady named Alana! She helped me select a few pairs and then narrowed it down to the best fit and look. The service was by far the best that I have received in a long time. They seem to care at LensCrafters. Thanks again Alana, can't wait to get my glasses.

Truly, Alana (store manager) gives world class service. She's an absolute pro. Gives you a memorable shopping experience, and makes you feel like a most valued customer. Listens extremely well. Additionally, Hrithika wowed me with her service quality when I was making a return. With joy the entire time. They have earned my patronage for any future occurrence I might need to come back!

Where do I begin… well I have been eyeballing a pair of designer frames. Burberry 600 dollars. When I decided to purchase the frames I sat down with the optician he started with lining up my progressives. Half way through he decided to help another customer. That should have been the first red flag. When he came back to finish up my lenses were 1100 dollars. I used my CAA to cut the price in half (which is really what the price of lenses are everywhere else, hmmmmmm?). We then were put in the hands of a sales person. She asked if I had direct billing on my insurance. I wasn’t sure. She said “I will try and put it through,” she then told us it didn’t go through so she would cancel it. She tried and said she couldn’t but not to worry I will redirect it back to you and you should see the money in your account in a couple of days. So I paid the full price up front. 1190 dollar glasses. The redirected benefits never showed up. When I followed up with my insurer I was told the money went to Lenscrafters. Hmmmmmmm funny they didn’t notice a 400 dollar discrepancy in there nightly books. So, to continue I was told 2 week turn around. At 2 and a half weeks I was told they were delayed due to snow in Atlanta. ( If I had known this was done in the US I would not have purchased my glasses there.) Sure ok, I said so what are we looking at because 3 days earlier when I called I was told the AR coating process was just finished and they would be there overnight. What are you going to do to make me happy. As I saw it, I paid out of pocket 1590 dollars for these glasses. The manager decide she was going to exercise power and said, “it isn’t only you, it’s everyone!” I replied, “everyone didn’t buy my glasses and I didn’t buy everyone else’s, so that argument is mute.” “Well what do you want me to do?” Was her retort. I said “I don’t know you are the manager of that LensCrafters!” She responded, do you want a refund?” ??? That is her solution to challenge and argue with the client! I imagine she thought I would back down. I said,” you know what? Yeah I think I do want my 1590 back.” She said can you come in tonight?” Yup there in 10 minutes. She then proceeded to take phone calls and shuffle papers in front of us to display her power. All while she was shaking and struggling to process our returns imagine a manager afraid of the public. Anyways the service here is piss poor at best. I would not spend a nickel here or at any of the other locations. Shop Canadian people. If the lenses are done in the states no thank you. Would love to see the location go out of business. They are getting a star only because I have to to place the post.

It was great experience visiting the store. The brand variety they offer is phenomenal including all latest designs. All there associates are really great, helpful and special shoutout to Dhara, she explained how brand configurations works with lens and helped me choose a great frame n lens for my need.

I popped into LensCrafters because my sunglasses frames lost their nose pieces. I didn’t buy these frames from LensCrafters, and the frames themselves are years old, but I figured I would go in and see if they could repair them, anyways. And the woman promptly went and added new nose pieces to them, and she did it free of charge!! Really happy with this service!
