I am **furious** about the appalling treatment I received at your store today. Last month, I purchased a pair of high-end glasses from your establishment, only for a screw to vanish within *three weeks*—a laughable lifespan for a premium product. But what truly ignited my rage was the disgraceful "service" from your so-called technician, **Seymoul**. When I arrived today for a basic repair—a task that should take minutes—Seymoul greeted me with a snarl instead of an apology. No "How can I help you?" No "I’m sorry for the inconvenience." Just a hostile bark that he couldn’t fix the glasses in 30 minutes. When I politely asked if a *10-minute adjustment* was possible, he **yelled at me to leave the store immediately**, treating me like a nuisance rather than a loyal customer. I had to *beg him to calm down* while he ranted about the missing screw—as if *I* were responsible for your shoddy craftsmanship! Let me remind you: My family has patronized this store for **years** and spent a lot of money in your store, largely due to Cliff’s exceptional service. But one stellar employee can’t compensate for the toxic behavior of others. If this is how you treat long-standing customers—berating us for daring to expect functional products and basic respect—then you’ve lost our business. We’ll be taking our loyalty to a store that doesn’t intimidate patrons for requesting **what they paid for**. Fix your policies, train your staff, or watch your reputation crumble. Until then, I really need an apology for Seymoul’s unprofessionalism.

I was recently served by Jas Shetta at Lenscrafters and felt he is an asset to the business, being very professional and knowledgeable . Also, they are having a fantastic promotion on right now where you can get 50% off lenses when you buy a frame there. An excellent deal. I will definitely be a repeat customer there in future.

I got worth $500 set of glasses and the lady provided worst customer service, she gave me cheap cleaning cloth and when I asked for good extra cleaning cloth, she refused, not helpful at all. Will not come again here.

She was also quite patient while we obtained our individual insurance coverage details for her to process direct billing. Had a great experience at LensCrafters. My husband and I were there first asking for pricing and didn’t feel any attitude like some other places do. We went back later to shop and Jas the assistant manager gave exceptional customer service. He was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We felt at ease getting my two pairs of glasses. I've been to this location a few times and always have a good experience. My husband's online order didn't come through with no explanation, so we came to the retail store to order. Usually there are two staff at the store and can be a bit of a wait to get their hep but they were always nice. Once we got help by the manager who was less friendly but she still got things done. Overall, good experience.

I am really impressed with the costumer service. I chose glasses that, when I went to pick up, had the lenses really thick, much more than what I’m used to. The looks were not great. He explained to me that it’s because I choose a large frame and that it’s not possible to have thinner lenses on this size. He told me to choose another model that he would re-make it to my taste. He didn’t add any fee (just of course the price difference between frames). I would expect them to charge for the lenses (not cheap) or some sort of fee, but they didn’t. They said they want their costumer happy with their glasses and their service. Needless to say, I will be their client for as long as I live in Vancouver.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING from Lenscrafters. Ordered a pair of smart glasses online, received an email notifying me to pick up at the store. Went into the store & I've been told item is not there. Showed the staff the DHL tracking which stated item was delivered. Showed the pick up email. Guess what the so called "manager" told me: Lenscrafters online & Lenscrafters retail store have nothing to do with each other. We just received the item on your behalf & pass it along to you. We have nothing to do with it. You go & contact DHL & figure out with them, maybe they delivered to the wrong store. You go to call customer service & figure it out with them. I was like....you've gotta be kidding me. I'm not the shipper, I'm not the receiver, who am I to call DHL & "figure it out myself"? I was in complete disbelief some staff would actually have the guts to say something like this to a client! Sometimes things happen, I get that. But you don't tell your customer to go & figure it out yourself! Lenscrafters policy states if I ordered something online, I can bring it to a retail store & request a refund. To me, you guys are under the same roof, how can you hire someone who just flat out LYING to a customer??? I had my prescription form ready to do a prescription lenses & the so called manager said he doesn't care, I can take the business elsewhere!!! It was the MOST RIDICULOUS eye opening shopping experience I've come across in recent years. They're so many optical shops in town. Never ever will I want to deal with Lenscrafters again.

I'm impressed with how much they've changed since I worked there. I left in 2006 so it's been quite some time. Other than carrying only Luxottica frames (I'd love to see Safilo), I really like what Luxottica has done with the place.

Very pleasant and efficient service. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful in assisting without hovering and being obtrusive while I was choosing frames. I had to make use of the protection plan with my last pair, and I was so thoroughly impressed with this service that both me and my husband have chosen to get our glasses from Lenscrafters again this time.

The owner, Cliff, is very friendly and welcoming, I highly recommend his store! He helped me adjust my glasses and replace nosepads with silicon ones.

The employees here are really nice and helpful! I lost the nose pads on a pair of glasses I bought somewhere else and they replaced and installed them free of charge for me. Super happy with their service, and would reccomend this location for their great staff.
