I had an amazing eye exam with Dr Dhaliwal. It was the best eye exam I have ever had. He was very friendly and Thorough. We discussed options and Went thru All my options. Then I walked into the LensCrafter store and bought some glasses. Suhani Helped me out and she was awesome. Gave an honest reaction to each pair I tried on. I really appreciated it. I would recommend this store for eye exams and glass purchases.

My son, who has a high prescription, opted for a reputable metal frame and spent over six hundred dollars on his pair of glasses. Unfortunately, they broke within just a few months. I feel that LensCrafters showed little concern about replacing them. They should have considered that such a high prescription might not be suitable for a metal frame and prioritized the customer’s needs. The entire experience has been very disappointing.

Went to the store for first time to buy glasses and I did request to be anti scratched lenses as very basic request then the customer service said that will be included and finally paid over $500 then within few months I got few scratches in the left lens then I spoke to Stephanie the manager on duty and she declined all my request hence I through the 500 $ glass to garbage, highly recommended every one not to go to this store because they will take your money for no service

placed and order and after 45 days of waiting they simply say it's out of stock!!! Vanessa claiming to be the store manager is extremely unsatisfied professional and doesn't have the basics to deal with customers. I was agreeing to escalate my problem and she suggested to get a call back from her manager, the moment I said yes she just hanged up right away. That's really more annoying and I don't know how she is not trained with the basics of customer service But not shocking she is just acting the same way the brands does .... they just don't care!!!!

Excellent 5 star for Adrianne, one of the best LensCrafters technician/optician I've ever met, this is my review and gratitude for an excellent customer service! I'm a very happy customer and I will definitely order again from LensCrafters.

Year and half after I got my bifocal most expensive lenses and frames that I paid 350 $ Frames are broken and they refuse to replace them. Had to fix them twice before nose piece broke off and couldn't be fixed anymore. They lost not one but 4 customers, it's all good until you need help, than you are on your own.

We've been loyal customers of LensCrafters for years, regularly purchasing glasses for our entire family. Last March, we bought a pair of Ray-Ban prescription glasses and a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for my son, who just started university and has been wearing glasses since he was five. Unfortunately, the frame of the prescription glasses broke within just a few months. Despite the high cost, neither LensCrafters nor Ray-Ban offered a repair or replacement, even though we didn't have insurance. We're very disappointed with the lack of support for what we consider a premium product. Please find below response from Luxottica, they did not acknowledge that this is defective material even it was broken within few months.

Got these glasses a year ago for $1000 , went outside in minus 17 degrees Celsius and both lenses cracked . Obviously very cheaply made as I’ve never had this happen to a pair of glasses before .

I visited Lenscrafters for the first time last week, looking for prescription glasses and sunglasses. We were helped by Mahdav, who was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the process. He gave me space to browse the store but also provided excellent guidance in selecting frames that suited my face. Mahdav also assisted in choosing the right lenses for both my glasses and sunglasses, explaining the differences in detail and which ones would work best for me. He even took the time to answer all of my husband's questions, even though he wasn’t making a purchase. We were very impressed with the customer service and really appreciated his help. What can I say, there are cheaper providers of eyewear, but they got them for me in 1 hour. That service costs money. I was willing to pay. I’m happy with the product and customer service.

Went in looking for a very specific pair of sunglasses, only store that carried them was In Toronto and the girls at the Langley willowbrook location where able to get the pair and get my prescription in under benefits!! Very happy . I have purchased pretty much every pair of sunglasses and single vision glasses from LensCrafters . Definitely my go to store and really don’t look anywhere else ! Shout out to Angela for helping me out. I was also looking to replace my lenses in my ray ban daily wear glasses . After looking at some options . She offered my something that I wouldn’t have thought of and am way more happier with her option then just replacing my lenses . Thanks again!! Cheers ladies

This star should be considered as 5 stars just for Sandra. She was awesome and hear me out with my concerns! Loved her service. However @Madhav the team lead his service was pathetic! He doesn't know how to take the initiative. Customer Service matters the most when the situation arises. I went to place and order and denied by him. That is when the real skills comes out. Anyone can sell the stuff just like that. But when the complex situation arises, it tests your due diligence and how you handled the situation. You failed!!!

Suhani was so helpful! I picked out two pairs of glasses with her in 30 minutes. They have a huge selection of designer glasses. Appreciate that they do direct billing as well.
