Really nice staff, super helpful and friendly!

This location, and in particular Kam and Azar, have legendary customer service skills. Dr. Antal Harminder was also fantastic and managed to catch a subtle but very important discrepancy in my optical health that required follow up with an ophthalmologist. Once I saw the ophthalmologist he even said I was very lucky the condition was caught so early by such an astute optometrist. Competency, customer service, and quick service all in one. Will never go anywhere else for my optical needs ever again.

Staff was very rude, i honestly felt so uncomfortable and the reception was just so rude. I liked the doctor but won’t be going back because the rest of the staff was rude. I’d definitely be speaking to them about how to treat customers.

If I could give more stars I would. I came to lens crafters to look for a new pair of glasses and was greeted so kindly by Lois, she was absolutely amazing. The customer service that she has is truly out of this world. I will only ever come to her to get any glasses for myself, my boyfriend and I will recommend her to all my friends and family. She truly went above and beyond for me and I’m so grateful to have met someone so kind and genuine. She is so easy to talk to and has such extensive knowledge, I knew nothing about glasses before I came in and she was so patient with me and sat down with me and explained all my options throughly and helped me pick out the perfect pair. I never felt rushed and she guided me through all the steps and took her time with me which I truly appreciate because finding a new pair of glasses can be overwhelming but she made sure to make it easy breezy! She’s a trustworthy and honest woman and words can’t even describe how grateful I am for everything she did. Thank you again so much Lois for all your help and extensive knowledge I will 100% be back. :)

Going into the store and once served, they are quite nice to deal with.

Some of the staff seem to be incompetent. From billing issues to not being able to find glasses that should be ready to be picked up (received an email confirmation), I am harshly disappointed.

Bought an oakly prescription glasses, it broke after a year of use from stress fractures ( probably the lense used was too large) , the frame is still under okay warranty. The store refused to deal with it as they said that they don't deal with warranties, and I need to email oakly myself....basically once you buy from them, you are on your own.

Never been to LensCrafters before and I’m so happy I tried this store, they have so many options to choose from for glasses/sunglasses, it’s nice to see alot of amazing brands there as well. They had great deals as well and I purchased a nice pair of Tiffany & Co prescription glasses. Louise at Coquitlam mall location was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

First time buying glasses. Got great service from Kirandeep who found just what I was looking for, thank you!

I spent 10 minutes at this store. Initially a woman came to ask my requirements, which I told her. She guided me to the right section. I tried a few frames there. I was looking around, hoping that someone will come and ask me if I need more clarification or need advice. I kept looking around, but nobody came, despite the store being empty at that time, with just 1 or 2 customers. But there was way more staff than the customers. Seems like the community lives in this locality have their own stereotypes to discriminate against visible minorities even at business places.

I recently visited LensCrafters for an eye exam and was thoroughly impressed by the entire team. The manager and assistant manager were exceptionally welcoming and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Dr. Dhindsa was professional and took the time to explain everything during the exam, making sure I felt comfortable and informed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, assisting me with my insurance questions and ensuring I understood my options for eyewear. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of eye care!

Morva helped my partner and me pick out pairs of eyeglasses and sunglasses. We browsed for quite some time and never felt rushed, but once we were ready she measured our faces and recommended some frames. She was so helpful and friendly throughout the experience, we will definitely be back in the future!

My favorite old frames broke and Soraya was able to find another pair of frames that would fit my lenses which were new- I was amazed and so thankful that they were able to make it work.
