Great place to get glasses/contacts.The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They know the products well and offer great advice from function to aestetics. They are well staffed, so there are no long wait times. You will not find another facility that offers their convenient hours, open late and weekends as well (no need to take a day off of work). The manager (Chauntee) is very customer service oriented and will ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and service. I trust and highly recommend this facility (Pacific View Mall location).

Chauntee is great. I've had her help with several pairs of glasses over the last couple of years and I'm stoked with the fit/feel and styles she has helped me choose! She is excellent with adjusting them to feel snug and her attitude and demeanor is exceptional.

It was fast easy Doug made sure I not only saved money but I got the glasses I wanted. He looked at my old glasses and instantly knew what they were and that ordering them would be super easy he was great.

I went to LensCrafters this weekend to buy a pair of Ray Ban's Meta glasses. I wear prescription glasses and intended to add all the bells and whistles (transitions, coatings, etc). Despite me telling the sales associate that I knew what I wanted, she insisted that I watch the tutorial on them. I started to watch it but quickly grew bored because, like i said, I already had decided I wanted to buy them. I had already done my research. Then I waited and waited and waited some more. I did not see that associate again and tried making eye contact with other associates who all ignored me. For the record, I was clean and well dressed. After a while, I just left. If LensCrafters doesn't want my business, then I'll gladly oblige.

I went in for an eye exam, and I was very happy with the customer service that everyone provided, especially Andrea she was so helpful in showing me all the different frames that were available, and I got the frames I’ve been wanting. World class customer service!

We switched to this optometrist after our previous one closed their practice after many years. Unfortunately, the appointment took much longer than expected. What should have been a simple 20-minute eye exam ended up taking over an hour. They had an assistant perform the initial tests, and then we were left waiting to see the optometrist. Afterward, they still had to process our insurance information and assist with selecting lenses. To top it off, they asked for $300 out of pocket for a pair of glasses, which felt like an unreasonable price. Overall, we were disappointed with the slow service and high costs.

I like the choice of frames, the experienced and friendly staff, and the price. Although my insurance (Kaiser) only covers its own glasses, I go to Lens Crafters because I find the cost comparable during their great sales.

Andrea was very nice and extremely helpful. She spent almost an hour helping me pick out frames that were right for my face. My new glasses were ready the same day! I will definitely go back to the Ventura (Pacific View Mall) Lenscraters.

Upon every visit to LensCrafters, I am greeted with an impressive level of customer service. The team consistently demonstrates a commitment to ensuring that I feel appreciated and comfortable. The extension warranty plan is an excellent offer that provides a new pair of glasses for a minimal fee of $50/month. I am grateful for their recommendation to invest in this plan, as it has proven to be a valuable investment due to the multiple replacements I have needed.

I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the care I received at Lens Crafters in Ventura. Everyone was very helpful and the doctor was able to help me with my post cataract surgery vision issue. When I left Lens Crafters I was able to see better than I have in years with my new contact lens. I highly recommend this location.

Open Monday- Saturday 10am-8pm Open Sunday 11am-7pm There is a doctor on site everyday of the week. There is a lab to make glasses, 10am-5pm. The lab is closed on Sundays. Lots of frames to choose from. Most insurances accepted.
