So to be clear This Lens Crafters Main Place Mall store retaliated against me after I verbally complained that my ray ban glasses did not come with the tinted lenses (which I paid for) with the transitional lenses and frame (which I also paid for) so I asked them to fix it otherwise I wanted my money back. Now Fast forward 4 months, I returned to the store shopping for another pair of glasses, and to my surprise, the employee that was working the first time I cama In came up to me and asked me to leave the store and said he was “refusing me service” because I was a difficult client (for asking for what I paid 350$ for yet didn’t receive my tinted lenses that come with the frames). So I left the store as asked and jumped on here in hopes someone might read this and decide the Lens Crafters at the Main Place Mall is not for them after reading my review. Please help me out by hitting them where it hurts by going to the Sun Glass Hut (which is in the same mall). Please tap me a like if you read this and decided getting ripped off only to be bullied once again by their staff is not for you. So to be clear This Lens Crafters Main Place Mall store retaliated against me after I verbally complained that my ray ban glasses did not come with the tinted lenses (which I paid for) with the transitional lenses and frame (which I also paid for) so I asked them to fix it otherwise I wanted my money back. Now Fast forward 4 months, I returned to the store shopping for another pair of glasses, and to my surprise, the employee that was working the first time I cama In came up to me and asked me to leave the store and said he was “refusing me service” because I was a difficult client (for asking for what I paid 350$ for yet didn’t receive my tinted lenses that come with the frames). So I left the store as asked and jumped on here in hopes someone might read this and decide the Lens Crafters at the Main Place Mall is not for them after reading my review. Please help me out by hitting them where it hurts by going to the Sun Glass Hut (which is in the same mall). Please tap me a like if you read this and decided getting ripped off only to be bullied once again by their staff is not for you. From the moment I walked in Vianca remembered me from week before when I set the Appointment and greeted me with a smile and "Hi good to see you again". That made me feel good. She was very helpful with what I wanted on the glasses and the transition lense color Amber. Took my MK glasses I bought month before online Macys and took my measurements and then went to pay. She explained all the cost, discounts and total. It was a nice and easy visit, I will definitely be going back to this LensCrafters at Macy in Mainplace SA.

I have a pair of Ray Ban aviators which my girl completely damaged by sitting on them (an accident of course) I thought I would have to buy a new pair, but Anette did an outstanding job an managed to not only fix them, but clean the lenses as well. Very happy with my experience

So so so amazing omg!!! I was helped out by Vianca and she has absolutely impeccable customer service! I was treated like a celebrity and it felt so nice. I went in and didn’t really know what to get or what would fit me. Vianca helped me pick out the PERFECT frames! I was a bit insecure to start wearing glasses but thanks to her I’m so excited! Thank you Vianca sm for all your help! I’m absolutely coming back again here!

I was honestly so blown away by Todd’s expertise here! It was my first time at a Lens Crafters and I’m definitely sticking with them going forward. The doctor was also so friendly and really out in effort to make the experience easy and awesome. Furthermore, Todd’s expertise in insurance and really looking into what is best for me really amazed me. I’ve never been to an optometrist where I felt my best interests were really put first. Thank you to the LensCrafters team who made my visit so awesome!

I love my new computer glasses. They take stress off my eyes when looking and working with a computer screen. I strongly recommend that if you work with a computer these glasses you will love. Every one is so friendly and helpful. The doctor was nice and explained the process. Both Jose and Stephany explained what insurance cover and what I had to pay out of pocket. They were both soo helpful.

My nose part for my glasses fell off so I asked the lady on the counter if they could fix it. The surprising part was she got the job done for me in about 5 minutes, free of charge! Obviously this was an act of kindness and definately made my day. The service here is incredible!

I went for vision check and glasses and the dr that check me did not give me the correct check up and went back to pick up my glasses and noticed right away that i could not see. Right away the manager came out to check my glasses with a red ink pen and measure and wrote all all over them.. I told him about it and he said don't worry it will come out. And sail to go home and give them a chance that i will adjust..2 weeks later and still cannot adjust.. I can't see and thing...$500.00 later and nothing has been done..left the store crying..

Great service, great people! This is the second time my mom and I buy from this location. Jose really helped us and loved the time he takes with the clients. His wife use to work at the other location at the main place mall. And we shop there for years!!!!!! Highly recommend LensCafters!

We came an hour before closing before the 4th of July holiday…spent an hour and half at the store. We were loud and on FaceTime figuring out with our family abroad to figure out which frames they were interested in. Tod was professional and extremely informative. He patiently explained to us the different sizes and styles of frames for us. Tod knew exactly what to bring out when we described what our styles were. He explained which frames would work for which prescription due to the lens thickness etc…… we are very pleased with our experience here. Please give him a raise LensCrafters… we bought three luxury brand frames all thanks to your excellent partner!

This store has style! All of your favorite brands with the best assortment in the mall! Stop by and find your favorites like I did. The classic aviators and new Facebook Stories were must haves! I also love the cool Zayn frames. And!!! They are so easy to get to. Parking where Boudins is and walking right into Macys was the best description. Thanks I’ll be back for more.

I had a pair of Ray Bans bend on me so I thought I would stop by the LensCrafters in Macy’s to see if it was something they could repair for me. Todd immediately jumped on the repair and had them fixed in less than 5 minutes! I would definitely recommend visiting this location for fast & friendly service!
