Not much I can say other than the fact that I’ve gone several years without a new pair of glasses and desperately needed some new ones! My optometrist took her time to help me fix my old prescription to get it perfect and Alyssa in the front did an outstanding job helping me pick my new Versace frames! Super kind, genuine, and overall exceptional at her job. Amazing customer service! 🤩

I had an outstanding experience at the new beautiful, modern , chic location at the Fashion Valley Mall. I was assisted by the store manager, Crystal, who could not have been more delightful. Her professionalism and knowledge was impressive to say the least. She was honest in her opinions of my frame selections and made recommendations for product upgrades that made sense for my needs which in no way were perceived as trying to up-sell me. She is a skilled multi-tasker. While we were working together she was being pulled in multiple directions including greeting incoming customers, answering employee inquiries and answering the phone. However, during this somewhat hectic environment she kept her focus on me, the customer. I am thrilled with my final product and have already received a few compliments on my new glasses after only picking up yesterday. I will be back and will spread the word that this is THE store in San Diego for all eye care needs. Crystal is an incredible asset to your company.

I recommend LensCrafters in Fashion valley. They do extraordinary taking care of patients. They have high technology equipments. The staff was so friendly I guess her name was crystal. She was so supportive and well trained. The price was a little bit high but it's Fashion valley store.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE. The manager, Crystal, and her team spent literal hours on the phone with my insurance and advocated for me in a way that I’m so grateful for. Incredible customer care 💕

I am fairly new to glasses and I had been struggling to find better service since I had some unpleasant experiences at other lenscrafters stores. I came to the Friars location, and Alyssa was amazing. She helped with my repairs and got me set up with a new pair. Quality customer service is hard to find these days, it looks like I'm going to stick with this location! Thank You!

Beware, this location is a total scam. Walked in for an eye exam, was told different price than what they wanted to charge me post appointment. Manager was so upset I demanded to pay the price I was told that they hung up on me. After I placed an order for eye glasses for over $600, they came today and the temples are totally crooked like $5 pair of glasses. I called them to see if they can replace them but they HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! This business clearly thinks that it’s ok to mislead customers when it comes to price of service and when you have any issue with your expensive glasses it’s just best practice to hang up yet again. Very disappointing experience, next time I will take my business elsewhere.

Booked for a 11:40am appointment, showed up at 11:30am but yet they let someone who had a 11:20am appointment but showed up past 12pm to go into first before me. Seems like having an appointment and being on time does not matter. Do not recommend here at all.

This place was amazing. I walked in on Saturday and they got me in for that day and made it easy and fast to get my eyes checked out and get my prescription fast. Everyone was so nice and very professional. They helped me get a pair of glasses that day. They made me feel very welcome. I walked out very happy, satisfied, and able to see again. I will definitely be going back to them next time.

Came in to see some pairs, Jonathan was super helpful and patient. Even though I was not able to find a pair my size I still liked the customer service that was provided to me. Update: Ended up coming back on the weekend with my wife to get her glasses which ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be asking for Jonathan next time we need glasses!

Fantastic customer service from Jonathan, he assisted me right away and was able to adjust my pair of classic rayban wayferers. I was informed that there was a sale at the time so I decided to buy a new pair, Jonathan showed me the different pairs of sunglasses and helped me choose a perfect pair that would suit me. I am thankful for employees such as Jonathan who was on top of his job.

I have worn glasses basically my entire life. I have never had such a perfect experience, until now. Every single person that helped me was great. Crystal was amazing. She was so informative and patient, as I can be a bit indecisive. With her help, I chose a pair of glasses that I really love. The doctor who did my exam was great as well. Really explained everything well and thoroughly. I found my new place for glasses and exams!!

Was needing to purchase some new glasses so I stopped by Fashion Valley, checked out the new lenscrafters location was and shown different glasses by Jonathan one of the managers I am assuming given his professionalism, and gave me insight on the right pair of prescription sunglasses, they did not have Maui Jim unfortunately but I shall be coming back to get my sunglasses in prescription.

I found out this new lensCrafters had recently opened closer to where I live. When I got there, the store was stunning! Everything looked so fresh, new, and modern. The sales team was also amazing. Literally the best service I’ve ever had! I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on!

Shopped at the new LensCrafter store in Fashion Valley, San Diego today and the service was totally 5 stars! The customer service provided by Corrine, Crystal (the store manager) and Michael was the best I’ve ever received at any glasses store. I can’t wait to pick up my prescription glasses very soon.
