Men's crafters at the springfield mall in Palm Desert took care of me well. I had a problem when I walked in and she handled it within 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Tops, great job, thank you.

This is probably the worst of the worst companies to buy glasses from not willing to fix problems with glasses after 30 days I spent a fortune and was given so sorry your not in warranty any longer I returned 4 times for adjustments and I have visible marks on my nose from the glasses but we can’t help you at all they have lost my business and I will never recommend them to anyone ever.In fact if your smart stay away from this place.

The service in LensCrafters has always been amazing to me, as soon as I walk through the door someone is there willing to help with a smile. I have received attention from all the staff in different occasions adjusting my frames or changing lenses and they all get a 10/10, thankful for their great work.

I came here last week for a minor glasses repair and Denise did it free of charge! She even gave them a courtesy cleaning. Couldn't recommend this more.

Came into LensCrafters because I had lost a screw on my sunglasses Denise help me out right away. Found a screw and I was on my way with in 5 minutes.

Just picked up a prescription for pick up for significant other. Exam is current and purchased glasses when he initially went for prescription. When I asked them for pupil distance because it is not on the rx I was getting looks from all employees and Denise who was helping the employee helping me out seemed new was being rude. I also work in optometry so it is not hard to look for information in chart and in some cases the PD is not the same for right and left eye. I don’t appreciate the attitude. I will make sure we do not come back for exam that is due in November.

Palm Desert Lens Crafters was highly uncommitted & unresponsive at 6:01 pm on Tuesday this last week. I came here because we bought our glasses here however as we were approaching the entrance we saw one of the employees who spotted us at 20 ft of distance away and was unresponsive looking alway. We've been here before and have left at 6:45 pm with a prior anticipation of soon closing. We weren't acknowledged, we were ignored, we inclusively saw more than one person inside still shopping & trying on different types of glasses. Google states specific hours of operation which we adhered to but clearly Lens Crafters failed to do so. Was rather very unfortunate I have to say.

The store is supposed to be open until 7, but the lazy workers closed down the door at least around at 6:40 PM (when I got there). When I asked them, are you closed? your website and Google says you open until 7, they reply... that information is wrong, we close at 6.. Then I said, you should update it because I drove 25 minutes because you are suppose to be open until 7, and all she does is giving me the shoulder rising sign. .. Disgusting service... These people should not be in a job where you provide a service.. 0 sense of ownership for the brand. Anyways, I ended up going to Costco and pay out of pocket (which then I found out was cheaper) than using this company. And I know is not the company's fault for bad employees.. but if you do not hold accountable your employees... Then....you loose a customer, because they represent the brand. What I would have expected: If I call you out for a schedule advertised online and im within schedule and you are still in the store (for all purposes fully lights on, and you are just talking to other workers behind the counter), to at least inquire what was the purpose of my visit and if was going to be something relatively quick, go ahead and provide me the service (honoring the schedule advertised), and follow up with corporate to update de opening hours, instead of being careless. Is that too much to ask?

Went in to have my sunglasses fixed and April the assistant manager was super nice and helpful! She put in the missing screw and and they are PERFECT! Best of all she didn’t charge me anything to have them fixed. FAST and courteous! Thank you LENS CRAFTERS! thank you April! You are AWESOME!

On Mother’s Day, the biggest surprise there is a girl sitting there and watching a video on her company iPad. Then asked what is the most Premium most flexible frame she has no idea would also not ask anyone who would know and just walks around clueless.what horrible training and situation to put someone so clueless in front of customers it’s simply as bad as it can be.this manager should also seek some training from my management person because what is provided. Here is completely unacceptable.a place to better avoid.

I came into the store today after breaking my favorite Ray-Ban sunglasses that I’ve kept in good condition for over 10 years. Gilbert fixed them for free and cleaned them, and now they look better than ever. I will definitely be back!

The staff here was a lifesaver for me today! I'm in town for a music festival & lost my Rx glasses there last night... today I was able to walk in, get an eye exam, and new glasses...all in 2 hours!

Went in for my yearly exam and was astonished to find out that Cynthia is no longer there. They should bring her back she was so professional and had mad knowledge of the whole operation there please rehire her ur sales will go out the roof

I always struggle finding the perfect frame, but Julissa helped in such an exceptional way. Not only was she thorough with her knowledge to help with me deciding the best add-ons that would suit me best, but she was extremely friendly and funny, all while training at the same time.

Victoria was very kind and understanding with how picky I was with choosing a style and color of glasses. I really enjoyed my experience because we ended up talking about our passion for cars and her JDM.

Had a great experience with the Palm Desert store when I needed a nose pad replaced. I had purchased the sunglasses there, but still was pleasantly surprised when Janina fixed them in 5 minutes with no charge.

I'm visiting from British Columbia and dropped into Lenscrafters to have nose pads replaced. I asked what the cost would be and Jaason said "no charge". I told him I hadn't bought my glasses there and he didn't flinch. Said "still no charge". Very generous and gracious about it. Super impressed! Thank you :)

Just wanted to take a minute to say what a lovely experience I had with Stephen at Lens Crafters Westfield Mall. Stephen was knowledgeable, personable did a great job of listening to my concerns and meeting my needs. Customer service at its finest was how he also made my 8yr old daughter comfortable as well. It was her first pair of glasses so it was super important that she have a great experience and because of Stephen, she did. One happy momma here. Stephen thanks so much, you rock!!

eye exam appointment was right on time followed up with assistance from the team to pick out the right glasses and be fitted for the progressive transition lenses! the team was professional, polite and very helpful to be sure the transition was complete. this is not the first time I have used this location and will definitely make this my yearly appointment.

Got the text on Saturday that my glasses was ready. Their hours show online AND on their door, that they are open until 8pm on Saturdays. Drove from home which is an hour away, only to find they had closed up and gone home when we arrived at 7:45.

A lot of brand names with frames that do not cost more than my monthly car payment. I also have the option to use my Affirm card and make my purchased financed with a small payment today and a 12 month payment plan following.

Needed my glasses adjusted so stopped in here. Janina gave me quick service and cleaned them too. Thank you Janina!
