- I wished I could have read the not-so-good reviews before I came here- Newpark Mall location. I have gone to two other Lensecrafter in San Jose and received only great service. My sales rep was nice. Okay, now to the really ugly... When I came back for pick-up, Gabby was not there. Two workers were at the counter. They were talking, they saw and no one welcomed me. Mind you I was the only customer there. I had to approach them. The manager reluctantly said hello. When she handed me my $475 eyeglasses I could tell she clearly didn't want to give me a fitting. She proceeded to sell me insurance with her rude attitude. (If you want me to buy me your b/s insurance at least smile:) By the look on her face, she was annoyed when I kindly asked her to fit me... I will never recommend this place to anyone. Such bad service. So much potential at this store. - My wife and I went to Lenscrafters on different days and ordered new glasses. We received text messages that our glasses were ready a few days later. Drove to the store to pick up and were told that they had not arrived and could not explain why we got a text to come and pick up our glasses.
