Monica at Lens Crafters was the best. I was looking for sunglasses. Monica asked me all the right questions, to find the the perfect sunglasses. If, you go to Lens Crafters, ask for Monica. You will not be disappointed.

I was so stressed today because my 9 year olds glasses lost their screw and spring. I walked in and right away felt so welcomed. They fixed my daughter’s glasses in less then 5 minutes. It was even more awesome because I didn’t even buy her glasses originally from lens crafters. Marie Lisa thank you for helping me today and thanks to everyone in your store for being so welcoming!

Great place with a helpful staff!

The staff are nice and helpful. I stopped by to see if the doctor could do an eye exam for me. Unfortunately he was not available but they tried to schedule an appointment for me. Tina also fixed my eyeglasses - thank you Tina! I would love to come again for my next pair of eyeglasses!

Haimish, Tina, and Joy were wonderful help during my visit to LensCrafters! All three played pivotal roles in assisting with both my eye exam and selecting prescription glasses! 5/5! Extremely satisfied!

I had my checkup with Dr Gor and it was very good. She was very detailed and it was one of the best eye checks I've had. I learned a lot about my eyes. Deann was very nice and helped with the first part of my check up. Nice young lady! The assistant manager Haimish helped me after my check. He helped pick out some nice frames and was able to explain what progressives would be best for me. Also fixed up my kid's glasses too! His professionalism is superb and he has some of the best customer serrvice I've received EVER! Very nice young man. For glasses, if you want wonderful service ask for Haimish, you'll be glad you did! I love being able to see. GOing to recommend Lens Crafters to all my friends and family!!!!!!!!!!!!

Appointment was 4.20pm came home at 6.45 pm without seeing doctor. Pls c some wer else very poor.

Strolled in with my specs looking like they'd been through a blender and asked Joy if she could work a miracle. She smiled – a proper ‘happy to help’ grin – and fixed them up in a flash. When I asked the damage, she just laughed and said, ‘No charge!’ Absolute legend. Joy’s an absolute gem, and the shop’s lucky to have her. So if you're thinking of buying glasses, don't mess about – go see Joy, you won’t regret it!

Haimish was really helpful and very professional.

Ordered glasses and the frame is huge. Instead of Monica offering some solutions, she wasn’t very helpful at all. She said the frame expands when you put the prescription in, I can return them if I would like. Again, no other options or suggestions. I’ve been going the this location for years and stopped because of the staffing changes and the lack of service. I don't live in Modesto, so now I have to for someone who is willing to help me and drive all the way back here again to get the help I should have gotten in the first place.

It was my first time here to renew my eye prescription. Everyone was super nice and professional and my eye prescription turned out perfect. Will be coming back for sure 😄

I highly recommend this LensCrafters! I had such a great experience with the optometrist and his technician! Once I was done with my exam I was helped by an optician named Joy, and she was wonderful! I didn’t feel pressured to buy, and left feeling good about my new sunglasses and prescription glasses! Thank you staff for all your help and making it fun and smooth! :)

Very rude staff that are more interested in chatting with each other than doing their jobs. Go to another location or skip lenscrafters altogether.

The staff, Doctor and new look are top notch. I enjoyed my experience there with a large variety frames to choose from. I highly recommend them in Modesto.

And btw, for those on a low budget the comprehensive exam price is very affordable, $92, and they have eye glasses-includes all- for $100, Progressive glasses is $175! Thank you all!!

It has been challenging to get this pair of glasses right, especially distance vision. The employee did a thorough re-measurement and has reordered the glasses with new specs.

Unfortunately whoever scheduled my appointment put the wrong date down so I came an hour to this location technically with no appointment. . Joy with no hesitation put in work to see what she could do for me considering i drove an hour they took me in right away. Thank you Joy! The entire process from walking in to leaving was a pleasure and everyone of the staff members were awesome. Thank you to the awesome manager Shabeena you were so kind and sweet also huge shout out to Jacob you have a great sense of humor and personality I appreciate everyone of you. Dr.Lee is great! The staff is also super kind and friendly and whenever I have to get my glasses adjusted they don’t mind ! I come quiet frequently & am never seen as a bother which I appreciate . Always get my questions answered and scheduled accommodated especially since I don’t live in town & have to make the drive to come here . But it’s worth it :) . Shabeena is one of the ladies who helped me in the process with purchasing new glasses and she was so kind and helpful. Can’t wait for my new glasses to come in! Definitely recommend this Lens Crafters location !

This location does not honor MetLife insurance which we have double verified that they do take. The staff at this location needs better training.

Joy has been very helpful, transparent and very patient with my questions. I have no understanding with insurance and vision knowledge but really clarified everything for me. Also gave me honest real life reviews of glasses I was considering So i was able to select the ones that fit my lifestyle.

Great customer service. Everyone was awesome! Highly recommend.

The staff is great and Dr. Lee is a nice doctor but I switched insurances since the previous year. I was not told that my new insurance (VSP) was out of network. I didn’t find out till after I paid for my exam. I thought the pricing was odd because I usually don’t have to pay an upwards of $80 for my exam. When I asked later I was told they accept it but it’s not in network. I do wish there was more transparency with the patients before appointments. I was called twice about my appointment and during both calls no one told me my new insurance was out of network. It just doesn’t seems like an honest way of during business. A patient should be able to trust their providers and I did. I’ll be more careful to use the proper terminology in the future.

I had my eyes examined here a few months ago and my prescription was adjusted beautifully. Today Joy did an excellent job of helping me get the best fitting glasses.
