Came in for the first time last week to find some new frames and was immediately greeted with a friendly face from Erika. She was helpful and patient while I tried on frames and honest about how they looked until we found the perfect pair! I will definitely be doing my glasses shopping here with her from now on!

Terrible experience with Erika assistant manager. She was yelling across the store to tell her one of her employees to take her lunch which was helping me and rushing her. Also the assistant manager was talking to one of the customers across the store yelling saying they’re not going to like those glasses because she has 4 years of experience. I have been to this lens crafters and I haven’t heard someone yell at one of their employees to take a lunch also she blames her staff and doesn’t take any accountability. 12/18/2024

Dealing with Sebastian as LensCrafters was like finding money in your pocket—it made my day! He was so helpful and efficient, I started wondering if he had superpowers. He fixed my issue faster than I can hit snooze in the morning, and he even checked in later to make sure everything was still good. Talk about overachievers! If customer service were a dating app, I’d swipe right on these guys every time. Highly recommend! I’m so glad I stopped here and not Warby Parker.

Came in to the store yesterday and Erika assisted me and assured me that they would be able to fix the bent frame of my glasses and replace lens same day . The store was slammed but she took care of every single guest that walked in promptly. Within 2 hours I had my glasses back to brand new and able to use . Hands down best customer service . Will keep me coming back time and time again!

My wife bought a pair of eye glasses here. The lenses were produced by lens crafters. When she received her glasses something was off woth her lenses so she returned them. Lens Crafters said they fixed the issue and returned the glasses “fixed”. We took the glasses to a specialist to double check the lenses. After looking them over in his little fancy machine he saw that the center focus of the lenses was where the tear ducts of the eyes are and not the physical center of the lenses. DOUBLE CHECK the lenses you buy from here before you do damage to your eyes. Horrible craftsmanship.

I was recently in your Fairfield, California store and had superior service from both Liza and Bella. They were both exceptionally helpful and friendly and would highly recommend their store and service. When I didn’t see the glasses that I was looking for, Bella immediately went to the back to look for them and found them for me. And Liza spent a great deal of time with me helping me with insurance issues and helping me order my new glasses. Excellent customer service!

I have been going to Lens Crafters for over 25 year and I had the best experience at the Fairfield, Ca store. The manager, Erica was awesome. She took really good care of me helping with my selection and made sure she told me about all the deals. I saved alot of time and money!

Erika was absolutely amazing. She took her time to adjust the frames I had purchased because they didn't quite fit the way the display frames did. She also took her time to explain how prescription lenses fit differently in frames compared to non-perescription lenses, yet did her best to get them as close as she could. There were multiple customer's who came in behind me, very close to closing time and one was noticeably impatient. Erika handled it like a professional. I've been in customer service for 20+ years and most people would have been totally stressed out and frustrated at the situation. Not Erika, she set the expectation and fully delivered on it with kindness and patience. Thank you so much for all of your help. When I came back to get my frames adjusted, I had the pleasure of working with Bella. She was amazing from the moment she greeted me to the moment I left. She had the up most patience with me and she worked magic getting my frames to fit nearly perfect! (Which I thought was impossible with my uniquely narrow face). The assistant manager, Jessica, was also super polite and attentive. She greeted me as I walked in and occasionally checked in with me during each step of the process, for each visit, along with checking in with each of her employees. It was obvious that she cares not just for the clients but her associates as well. If every person working in customer service modeled their client care after Bella, their ability to work under pressure from Erika and their mangment skills from Jessica, we would live in a perfect world! Thanks again!!

Brand new $500+ glasses (Costa Frames). I went on a hike and put them in the eyeglasses pocket in my pack. The frames broke and lens fell out on the first hike. It didn’t happen within 30 days of purchase and I didn’t buy the $24 dollar 1year warranty. Lens Crafters was sorry to hear that and offered to replace the frames with new frames for $243 dollars before tax. Not sure how much markup Lens Crafters adds onto a pair of frames but I’m sure it is significant. A little Google search shows that one overseas company makes frames for most eye glass companies at a fraction of the cost we pay at retail. My disappointment is this: I’ve been a customer at this store in the Fairfield Mall for 20 years. My last pair of Oakley Sunglasses cost $1000. The Ray Bans and other Oakleys prior to this were almost that much. Maybe a dozen pairs of regular glasses at $500-$700 per pair. Not to mention my wife’s and daughters the were purchased at this store. But……since I didn’t buy a $24 dollar warranty, Lens Crafters, would only offer to sell me new frames at the full price, with the full mark up. Oh well, that’s life. But guess what? Lens Crafters will no longer be a part of mine. I’ll go to Sam’s Club.

I have a pair of Prada glasses that I scratched both lenses.i have been searching everywhere to get the lenses replaced. It looked grim, until Erika was able to help us track down replacement lenses. She was very professional with her service and very thorough setting clear expectations for us. I am very pleased and looking forward to receiving my lenses

I'll start by saying I was apprehensive about going to an eye doctors office located inside a mall. I can feel the side eye from some of you for me writing that but in all my almost 40 years ... I've never gone to one inside a mall. I didn't even realize this place was in the mall until I pulled up for my appointment. I was in the parking lot baffled when my GPS told me I arrived and I was sitting outside of JC Penny! Glad I decided to go in. Now that I've gotten that out the way let's talk about the experience. The first time I came for my eye appointment a few months ago, it went well. Nothing stood out that I can recall but things went fine and they had some fancy tools to check my eyesight. When I was done, I decided not to get any glasses at that time. Now that my benefits have refreshed I went back in to look for my same glasses. When we walked in, Angelina greeted us with warmth and kindness even though she was working with another guest. When she was done she helped us through the process, explained our benefits, and helped us out with some glasses. Half way thru, she had to transition us to someone else and I was low key sad because I enjoyed working with her but then Jessica came and took over and was just as amazing! Easy to talk to, patient, kind and relatable. She made the process of getting our glasses ordered fun and simple. She also set appropriate expectations on when we should expect our glasses to arrive. I'm really happy with the experience today! These ladies are awesome!

This was one of the best and easiest experiences I’ve ever had buying glasses. Erika was terrific; she helped provide a great selection of frames to choose from in my price range and made the process very enjoyable. If you go to the LensCrafters in the Fairfield Mall be sure to ask for Erika.

Horrible customer service. Employees just standing and talking without greeting. I stood there in front of them for 30 seconds and had to interrupt their conversation whilst they ignored my presence. Selections small and dismal. Worst LensCrafters I've ever been too. Fire your front staff, they are incompetent.
