I purchased a pair of expensive sunglasses about a year ago along with a product guarantee which I spent $34.00 for the protection plan. When the glasses began coming apart, I showed them to the staff who told me I had to pay a deductible of, $ 28.00. That was never disclosed to me when I made the purchase That meant I spent a total of $62.00 to get these glasses replaced.

Terry did my pre-exam and helped me get my lenses. Very Pleasant fellow who knew his stuff.

I had such a wonderful experience at Lenscrafters! I arrived just a few minutes before closing, and the staff was already rolling down the window and getting ready to close up. Despite the time, they greeted me with a smile and asked what needed to be fixed without hesitation. They immediately took care of my glasses, and to my surprise, they did it for free! Their kindness, patience, and generosity stood out, especially as they didn’t rush me or show any signs of inconvenience. It’s rare to experience such genuine customer service, and I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me. Shay discussed all details about what my insurance covered for eye exam and Andrea helped me get the best deals on all three eye wears - new lenses and frames. I appreciate their patience throughout the process which helped me make a decision. I respect their hardwork and knowledge. I also wish to highlight the friendly security guard who opened the door respectfully. And Dr Bernard is very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Bernard showed me the scans of my eyes and told me where the cataract was developing. He was also nice to let me know not to worry for next 8-9 years. That’s good to know. They have 30 day satisfaction guarantee. My son also comes here to get his contact lenses and always gets a friendly staff to help me. Overall, They are the BEST. Highly recommended ❤️

Went in late in the afternoon and was greeted by a very helpful Aleisha. I had sat on my Rayban’s, and Aleisha very kindly and promptly fixed them at no charge. Thanks Aleisha!

I dropped in to see if they could help me fix my nose pads. First off, the security guard opened the door for me and greeted me. I spoke with someone immediately and they were able to help me within a few minutes. I waited for about 5 minutes and they came out with the new nose pads installed! I am very pleased with their service and kindness

These people almost never answer their phone! It’s horrible and unprofessional. That’s my only problem with them! How do I know when is my order done! I’ll just have to come down and check everyday because they will not call and let you know a thing

The store very nice and extremely helpful. Came in to fix the wire that broke with the lens frame, they had it completed in no time, and without asking, they even replaced the nose pads on the frame that have been bothering me now for years. Thanks again!

The people that work here are extremely skilled and efficient. The ophthalmologist is really great, and no one tries to sell you anything you don't need. I'll be coming back here next time for glasses too.

The heavy set light skin lady was terrible, I used to work at LensCrafters and Quality pretty good customer service zero. Once she had time the first question she had for me was how long did you have them. Which I immediately thought if I had waited to long it would’ve been a problem. I was going to exchange them I immediately returned them. I asked for a copy of my prescription she ignored me I am looking for it now.

I was very far away from home and even farther away from my optometrist. I accidentally sat on my glasses and bent the frame. I came in Michael was able to mend my frame in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much!!!

The young lady that helped me my services was very kind and patient. She made it easy to choose a pair a glasses which is always the hardest thing to do in my opinion, she helped me weigh all my options for I brought a pair.

I had the best experience at this location. I was assisted by Kaitlin, who was great. She was very likable and professional, she gave me options and costs for my glasses, and what's best is they had my glasses ready extremely fast. I thought it would at least take a couple of hours, but after I left I went and grabbed a cup of coffee at Starbucks and as I was on my way back to my car I got a text saying my glasses were ready. Impeccable service! I will definitely return here from now on

I came in for a new pair of glasses and to see if they could repair my old ones unfortunately the old ones could not be fixed but Shayla looked around the store and found me a replacement frame and was very helpful when I was picking out my new pair.

What a great store! I brought 2 pair of glasses in for repair. One - my favorite Ray-ban I thought was a lost cause. I had fallen, wearing them. They are a plastic frame so it's tricky to bend them back. I don't remember the ladies name that assisted me but she fixed them! I also had a pair of Oakley's that needed something minor and she took care of that too. When she was done I asked how much? She replied nothing! What? !! I offered to give her some $$ anyway. She refused and I said, well I'm leaving it on the counter so you better take it before someone else does. Exceptional service!

I’d rather light my eyes on fire than use this lens crafters. They’ll sell you one thing and then slip you a cheaper version and pretend it’s the same thing. Then when you call them out while within their “30 day happiness guarantee” they’ll do nothing. Deceitful and unethical practices and the hours listed don’t align to the hours they are actually open. Take your business anywhere else.
