First, let me say how uncomfortable I was by the smelly guy behind the desk telling me my doctor didn't know what he was doing prescribing the type of lenses that he did. What qualifies a CSR to decide what is best for me when I've never seen or spoken to him before. He held a piece of paper in front of my eye, told me to look at w word across the room and then told me go against my doctors recommendation. I did not purchase new glasses that day. A week later I went back, this time I felt like the woman didn't want to help me. I had a frame picked out and had already decided before I came in the store. CSR person told me they didn't have it in stock and suggested multiple frames to me. When asked if she could order them from another store because I really had my heart set on this pair, she begrudgingly looked for the frames, again discouraging me from the ones I want and what would have been a very easy sale. I don't know why she didn't want to help me, but after I basically pulled out all her teeth and almost walked out twice she finally proceeded to fulfill my request. It was very unsettling. I've gone to this location before and had pleasant experience, so I am not sure what happened these late 2 times.
