Ruth assisted and allowed me to browse a new frame on their tablet, since online had different inventory compared to the store. Then Store Manager Jenny helped and processed my replacement warranty letter from Luxottica. My eye exam went smoothly too with Dr. Wong. Great services from their staff. Thank you! Backstory, I bought my eyeglasses from online but it became flimsy after half a year. I emailed customer support if they can repair it. They told me to bring it to LensCrafters to get readjusted but no luck the temples are still flimsy. After informing customer support, they sent me a warranty letter, a $300 discount plus they pay for the lenses. I just have to return the defective eyeglasses. I was surprised and happy to know that I don't need to pay for new lenses. I only pay the difference of the new frame I choose. Awesome company. You get what you pay for. I ordered around 4 eyeglasses from them before. It was my first time to take advantage of it.

Way to waste my time today don't go here if you just want your contacts they force you to do eye glass exam and make you pay outside of your benefits for the contacts. ** Update thanks Angela for the follow up call not sure how my previous provider was doing it but I've never payed more then 10 dollars for the contacts exam ever I did verify what you told me is true calling the insurance carrier just now, while I won't be returning to your location I have found one closer to home vs my office thank you.

I’m giving this location 3 stars solely because the optometrist was AMAZING. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by several frustrating issues with the administrative and customer service processes. Here are the specific concerns: 1. Insurance Verification Delay: One of my daughters had to wait over an hour for her insurance to be "verified." This delay was caused by the staff incorrectly spelling her name when they took our appointment information. This simple mistake created unnecessary frustration and wasted valuable time. 2. Out-of-Network Surprise: I wasn’t informed beforehand that LensCrafters is "technically" out of network for VSP Premier insurance. This lack of transparency significantly impacted my decision to use their services and made the visit far more expensive than I anticipated. 3. Unprofessional Interaction During Payment: The tech assisting with the payment, a heavyset woman with long ombre hair, made me feel uncomfortable. While I was holding my glasses, I felt like I had to explain they were my own since I had came in wearing them and received a contact exam. Her demeanor felt unprofessional and judgmental. 4. Reluctance to Provide Standard Items: After paying, I asked for a trial-sized contact solution, which is typically provided for free at most optometry offices. Initially, I was told they were out of stock. When I reminded the staff member that I had paid for an out-of-network toric exam, she begrudgingly checked again and found one. Her attitude made it clear she was annoyed by the request. 5. Excessive Costs: I had to pay an additional $75 for the toric contact exam, compared to $60 at an in-network provider. The higher costs and lack of transparency about being out of network ultimately led me to take the rest of my vision needs elsewhere. For example, Costco offers significantly more affordable options for both contacts and eyeglasses. 6. Misleading Promotions: I received a promo for $50 off to use on top of my vision benefits, only to find that it came with a long list of terms and conditions that made the discount virtually unusable. Suggestions for Improvement: Be upfront with customers about whether your location is in-network or out-of-network for their insurance. This transparency would save customers time and money. Double-check all appointment details, including name and date of birth, to avoid unnecessary delays. Train staff on providing courteous and professional customer service, especially during payment interactions. Ensure basic supplies like trial contact solutions are readily available and offered without hesitation. While I appreciated the expertise of the optometrist, the administrative and customer service issues made this visit more stressful and costly than it needed to be. I won’t be returning to this location and would recommend seeking more affordable and transparent options elsewhere.

I came in with my sister to get her Gucci sunglasses fixed. The office was packed with customers. Angela and the team went above and beyond to find the missing screw we needed. I was expecting to pay for the service, but they didn't even charge us for it. We'll definitely be returning for future exams and purchases. Also, we noticed that every person that walked in after us were greeted promptly. It seemed to me that every team member loved being there. We're greatly impressed by their service.

Ruth was amazing with my family. We came in to buy my son some good quality glasses and ended up leaving with glasses for the hubby and I. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing staffs and selections. We had a wonderful time at Lens Crafters with Sandra. Shopping for frames got even more exciting with Sandra’s tips on what looks great on us. She has amazing eyes for picking out the best fit for everyone.

I have been a loyal customer of this LensCrafters location for the past 11 years, usually visiting on Saturdays. While the service has always been good—never exceptional but solid—I’ve appreciated the consistency and familiarity of the staff. Today, however, was a different story. I came in on a Sunday and was met by a completely new team, none of whom I recognized. I’m not sure if there has been a turnover, but this team lacks the efficiency and pleasant demeanor that I’ve come to expect. I was initially assisted by a woman named Angela, who clearly did not seem happy to be working on a Sunday. There was no smile, no warm welcome, and no enthusiasm in her interactions. I felt disrespected by her matter-of-fact, almost dismissive attitude, especially in front of my daughter. Given that I have always spent significant amounts here—never using insurance and typically dropping at least $1,000 per visit—I expected a certain level of service. Unfortunately, today’s experience fell far short of that. When I requested to work with someone else, Angela handed me off to another team member named Haidee, who was much more pleasant and professional. Despite spending $2,496 today and being satisfied with the product itself, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I’m sad to say that this will be my last visit to this location. I’m happy to spend my money where it’s appreciated, and I’ll be taking my business to another LensCrafters location or a private office where I can receive the level of service I deserve. After I pick up my glasses, I won’t be coming back.

Your representative, Kayla Was friendly, explained the type of frame I should use. After I told her what I was.looking for. She took her time and was very patient with my selection. She answered all of my questions about the frames. She took care of me and made sure I understood about the glass that was going into my frames. I am very satisfied with my representative, Kayla. I hope you keep her, she's a keeper.
