Great experience, always is. From check-in, through the exam to choosing and paying for glasses. Always courteous and helpful sales reps that make sure I feel comfortable with my purchases. Special shout out to Chris on this trip: fun conversationalist and super knowledgeable! Thanks guys!

I am 74 and just had double cataract surgery. I'm struggling because I can't really function until I get new glasses. A lovely young woman helped me every step of my experience. Helped me in my $ range. Explained my bifocal and sunglass transition. Gave me options with no pressure. The experience couldn't have been better. I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

Most affordable eye exam in town for those of us who pay out of pocket. Plus they have an imaging system so you don’t have to dilate your eyes. 10/10 experience, I was able to leave the exam with contact lenses same day.

Jennifer assisted me from start to finish with my first ever experience at Lenscrafters. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She gave me her most genuine advice as I picked out my next pair of glasses which I truly appreciated. I totally recommend the Camelback location.

Before visiting this LensCrafters location, I called ahead to confirm they could help me. The person I spoke with was incredibly kind and informative, explaining the process of getting prescription lenses for the frames I purchased at Sunglass Hut. They even mentioned that, because I bought my frames at Sunglass Hut, I would qualify for a 50% discount on the new lenses. When I arrived, I had my eye exam and then spoke with the older saleswoman at the front. I explained that I brought my frames from Sunglass Hut and shared the discount information I was given over the phone. To my surprise, she immediately said, “No.” Confused, I asked for clarification, and she responded, “Maybe 20%, but not 50%.” I tried explaining that LensCrafters and Sunglass Hut are sister companies, but she was dismissive, rude, and even sassy, suggesting I should "just go to Sunglass Hut" instead. I was shocked by her unprofessional attitude, especially when I found out she’s a manager. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and left me with a very negative impression of this location. Beware of the older saleswoman at the front—her customer service is lacking, to say the least.

I have been a customer for over a decade. I previously loved doing business with lenscrafters. The way they measure, take the time to find what you need, and adjust your glasses has always been top notch. Unfortunately since they removed their labs I struggle to justify the extra cost associated with this company. It was one thing to spend $300 on a pair of glasses to receive them in an hour. Now it takes 2 weeks. Unfortunately the extra cost is no longer justified. This will be my last pair of glasses from lenscrafters.

Do NOT use LensCrafters. Their quality has gone way down over the past few years. My current glasses are peeling and they refused to replace my lenses 6 months after I had gotten them. The Dr here requires you to pay for the retina imaging and they make you sign papers stating that you will pay for it before your exam. Read the fine print! I walked right out and I will not be back.

Paige at Lenscrafters at 18th St. and Camelback at Camelback Colonnade is fabulous. You must see her for expert assistance in selecting the right glasses for the size and shape of your face and any adjustments to your existing glasses.

They are amazing here! The wonderful woman who checked to see if they had my prescription and Arturo, who helped me pick frames and checked my insurance for best rate! They saved my work trip. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!

What an amazing experience with Arturo from the time I walked in until departing. He not only took the time to fix my glasses, but provided options for a new frame after the eye exam and went out of his way to research a style I wanted. Excellent customer service which I felt heard and valued.

This was my first time being to Lens Crafters and I had a great experience. Jennifer helped me out and she was extremely nice and thorough. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with my choice of frames even though they were about to close and did not rush me at all. She was very informative and answered any questions I had. This store has amazing staff in the Dr.s office and the sales staff. Great selection of glasses to choose from and amazing service. The only thing is this. The doctors need to slow way down when doing the eye exam. There's no auditory "click" sound when they change from one prescription to the next. When they say "what's better, 1 or 2?" It's so fast your eyes have no time to adjust to the change and you don't even have the sound of the lenses changing to know when it's happened. Slow way way way down when testing for prescription. Besides asking the doctors to slow that down it's an excellent experience.

Milla helped us get a new pair of glasses for my son quickly. It didn’t take long for her to get his measurements, she explained the insurance benefits well, and she even gave us a nice discount. It was a great experience and I’ll be back to get glasses for myself when their new frames come in.
