The staff at @lencrafters was very professional. Milla rocked!! The first person I spoke to was trying to quote me a price of almost eight hundred and fifty dollars on my eyeglasses. I don't have insurance, so I would be paying cash. After I finish with my eye exams, I was now dealing with Milla. She utilized the website that was having an additional sell, which she was allowed to do in store.But the other representative apparently didn't know, or wasn't trying to let me know. And the price went from $850.00 down to 467.15 out the door. She was amazing and greatly appreciated. And mind you, I ordered Ralph Lauren frames. I got the highest quality lenses with all the bells and whistles. The UV, the blue light protection, Transition lenses, progressives for my dual lens needs, scratch guard, anti glare anti smudge. She was personable and very willing to help and I really appreciate it.She has a customer for life.

Milla was absolutely wonderful! She helped me pick frames that don't make me look like a fool. She was very patient while showing me different progressive lens options and tinting. I went to LensCrafters, located at 12605 N Tatum Blvd., to talk to someone about putting new lenses in a pair of glasses I already owned. The LensCrafters associate I spoke with was Melody P. She was FANTASTIC! Very nice. She listened to my wants and to my concerns. She was so kind and so friendly. She talked me through my options. She was so patient. If you’re in need of any kind of eyewear needs, I would highly recommend Melody P. Go see her and you’ll quickly realize you made a great choice, just as I did. This was our family's first time going to an optometrist and buying glasses. Our optometrist was kind and informative, she was absolutely wonderful with my 6yr old daughter and kept her comfortable and smiling throughout. Camilla and the team were so welcoming and helpful. Doctor Romaguera was very cool & explained things to my husband in both professional and light way & thats a plus since this was my husband's very first eye-exam... The team at this location are absolutely wonderful. They take the time to be thorough in their evaluation and explain things to you in detail. If something is not fitting or working quite right they take the time to make sure to fix it. I cannot recommend them enough!

While I was on vacation, I dropped by the Desert Ridge Lens Crafters’s store to ask about replacing a nose pad on my glasses, that had fallen off, and I was unable to find it. Abby, a customer rep, told me that they would be glad to replace it for me at no cost! Within ten minutes, she had repaired the loose connection and replaced both of my nose pads. Of course, the rest of my vacation was much more pleasant since my glasses were now able to sit comfortably on my face. If I lived there, I would definitely consider filling a glasses prescription based on their customer service alone.
