The staff here are wonderful and the new doctor, Dr. G is amazing. She is gentle, friendly, quick and she takes the time to talk with you about any concerns. I would 10/10 recommend.

If you need eye glasses please visit Lenscrafters inside Macy's at Arrowhead Mall. I visited last Saturday on October 12th ordered 2 pair of glasses and already received my sunglasses yesterday on 10/16/24. I had a great experience on Saturday had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel, he was extremely helpful very patient as I shopped, helped my husband and I with purchase process and provided us with a great deal ! I went last night to pick up my sunglasses and again encountered great friendly service by Paola. Hard to get good customer service these days but Daniel and Paola certainly went above and beyond. Thank you .

I recently went to pick up my glasses after receiving a voicemail that they were ready. I arrived at 10:00 am, which is when the store opened. After asking a Macy’s representative to find a LensCrafters associate, I ended up waiting 48 minutes for someone to assist me. It was a frustrating experience, especially since I had scheduled my day around the pickup. Eventually, a Macy’s rep was able to retrieve my glasses, but the long wait time and lack of communication were disappointing

Recently, I suffered a concussion and needed to get new glasses with prism correction. Daniel, who is the manager, and Mariane were especially kind and helpful with all my questions during the process. There is no need to make an appointment. You can get in and out fairly quickly. I'm looking forward to coming back to this location because of the kind and professional assistance I received.

The manager was supposed to call me back Friday never did, then he was supposed to call me back Saturday never did, I tried calling again today to leave a message and the message says “memory full” horrible customer service!

Time and time again I return to this store to handle my vision needs and Daniel never fails me. I've recommended a few people here and so far, they appreciate the service as well. Thanks LensCrafters!

Have been going there for 3+ years for all of our glasses. There staff is great except the girl started working a year or little more. She is rude and so not so a good job for customer satisfaction. But the other graceful lady (forgot get have) had always been so nice to all get customers and she is or goto sales person. Secondly i also notice they don't get newer style galsses or sun glasses. They really need to work on their fresh inventory.

Best experience I've had getting prescription eyewear. The staff are all so very friendly and professional, and knowledgeable. The selection is top notch and the prices are reasonable without insurance and excellent with. The doctor gave a thorough exam and took the time to make sure the prescription I was receiving was exactly was was needed and that speaks volumes in and of itself. Needless to say, I've already highly recommended this location and, all things remaining, they have a customer for life in me.

I never go back lens crafter. Worst customer service manager Daniel is rude defensive he should know customer sign his paycheck. I canceled my prescription glasses

If possible, I will forever follow Dr. Nez and the staff Josh and Paris! This was THE BEST visit I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses for 30 years! 110% satisfied and it was a hoot of a time! The staff was professional and down to earth. The transaction was super easy and uncomplicated. Paris and Josh gave me honest feedback (which I need because I rely on the staff). They made sure I felt confident in my new glasses while also ensuring I got EXACTLY what I wanted. The doctor was also very lively and down to earth. Overall, I LOVED EVERYTHING about this exam and appointment. Also, they don't do the drops anymore! Hallelujah! They have a scanner that scans your eyes! Now I can rest easy knowing I can see after my eye exam! WAAAAHOOOO! Very easy and very smooth exam and transaction.

Where do I start?! First of all, the equipment is filthy!! From when you sit down for the first set of exams to when you actually go into the doctor's office. The equipment was filthy, make up and oils from the patient before me, mind you the Covid Pandemic!! I asked the Dr. to clean and sanitize it and he said, yea I did. So I asked him to sanitize it as it was unclean. He took the alcohol packet and used it on there as if he was doing me a favor, no this is supposed to be done for everyone! He said that he only had 2 alcohol packets left and that he had asked them to order more. Ok?? Anyway, I finished my exam and picked out some glasses but I decided to think about it before buying. Today, I called the store the store located inside Macy's - and a girl answered, completely unpleasant and unwilling to make an ounce of effort! I told her that the doctor forgot to write down the pupillary distance on my exam sheet, she said, well he's not going to write it down if the patient doesn't ask!! Excuse me!!!???? I have to ask the doctor to do his job!!??? Like I'm supposed to know medical terms and tell him how to do his JOB!!! The girl was an absolute mess, didn't bother to take my info, have someone call me back, just straight up said that she was not going to give me any info, not her name, not her manager's name not no one! She didn't want to do her job or let others do theirs. I filed a complaint with lens crafters, my complaint number is 220713000050 - The girl clearly has not customer service or communication skills!!! this was the worst experience of my life when it comes to dealing with eyeglass centers. this girl needs to be terminated as Lens Crafters will lose business because of an unfit disinterested employee!! I will not be going back, I will not tell my friends or family to go there. I will share my thoughts about my experience on all of my social media outlets!!

Stopped by this location and had a great experience. The team was able to answer the questions we had about availability and fit, Mo was especially kind and helpful as my partner and I made our selections.

I left not feeling particularly confident in my prescription, especially after noticing that the new prescription was significantly different than my old one, which worked well. I subsequently went to the optometrist at Costco, who was much more thorough. On the second check at Costco, the prescription I received was very different than the prescription I was given at this LensCrafters location.

Terry was wonderful and very knowledgeable when it came to picking out my frames/lenses. Would come again.

The Dr. was great! Quick, kind and informative!! Daniel & Mo were awesome when it came to picking out glasses and getting us the best deal!! My husband and I were in & out in less than one hour! Highly recommend stopping here for all you eye care needs! We will definitely be back!

Came here needing more contacts, was not disappointed with my decision to come to this location. I was helped by Carol and seen by Dr. Jerry Burger. They both were kind and professional. I am definitely going to becoming back for my future optometrist appointments.

Carol and Dr, Jerry Burger went above and beyond my expectations. They were easy to talk to making it a comfortable and pleasurable experience. Even though this location is in a Macy’s do not over look their exceptional customer service! 15/10 would recommend to not only friends and family but also to anyone looking to update their glasses or contacts.

I Don't know what they are doing in te lab, but it's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my glasses. Every time I call, I get no answer on what's going on or why they are taking so long. I think I better just take a refund on it and just get another company to do them for me.

The customer service from the front desk was very nice. Dr. Jerry R. Burger was very rude super disrespectful! I was asking questions about the lens wasn't clear enough to go back to the first lens, then he responds with a just answer the number im asking one or two, so neither one was clear! Normally all doc will adjust to make it clear! I was asking normal questions all clients would ask, i want my prescription to be good, and not have to come back and say oh this contacts dont work. He said i was asking to many questions, and i said your being very rude to me, and he said i am because your asking to many questions. He made me feel so bad i said well no im just leaving i dont like you being rude to me! I was very disappointed. I get we all have bad days but Sir dont treat patients like this. I walked out in tears from this place!
