I accidentally bent my glasses while taking a nap & completely ruined them…or so I thought! Edison helped me & now they look good as new. I tried on a few pair while he did his magic, and I’ll definitely be back!

This is a review of the Eye Exam center - Not the store itself. Their exam equipment was not working. The male at the front desk seemed to mainly communicate in grunts and sighs, no customer service skills at all. The woman was friendly but seemed to be doing all the work as the doctor didn't say a word to me as I waited for 40 minutes for him to return with a 'help desk' number for his non working equipment, only to hand it off to the front desk female tech who had to start from scratch with customer service for the machine. It kind of felt like I was living in the movie Idiocracy. Eventually I just walked out after sitting in the room for 40 minutes and no progress. They didn't even realize I left. I would go elsewhere.

Nora far exceeded with helping to locate and change my perception lens to my new Ray-Ban Wayfarers. What a Blessing to walk into a store where people really care. Terry Mason .

The absolute worst service I've ever had. I went in for a eye exam and the office staff was dismissive and disrespectful. Never again.

I purchased a pair of prescription eyeglasses from another company, which didn't do the best job fitting me for the glasses. I wandered into this LensCrafters store today to ask if they carried silicon "tabs" I could attach to the bridge of my glasses in hopes of making them fit better. Nora Elizalde introduced herself with an offer to help me. Not only did she give me guidance in purchasing the silicon tabs, she offered to properly fit me for the glasses I had just bought elsewhere. She spent about 15 minutes making a dozen or so adjustments, evaluating how the glasses fit on my face after each adjustment. She made an extraordinary effort to ensure they fit me perfectly, and in so doing, she changed completely (for the better!) how I feel about my glasses. And she did all of this for free! My suggestion to anyone in NWA who wants or needs prescription glasses or sunglasses - or even just wants an existing pair to fit better - it's worth your effort to ask for Nora and experience her level of skill and customer service. I think she works at both the Fayetteville and Rogers store, so you can probably find her at either place. This exceptional level of customer service seems rare these days, so I just wanted to call attention to it. Kudos, LensCrafters, for empowering Nora to do this kind of work!!

Fantastic service from Edison !

Haven’t had my eyes checked in two years. The process has changed and I’m not a fan. Got eye test and two new pairs of glasses. Was seeing double from the get go and having a hard time explaining that my eye felt like it was being ripped out. It just so happened I found Joyce Johnson. She looked at my last pair and compared and contrasted and spent a little time making sure what I wanted was what I ordered. It sucks to have to wait an additional couple weeks but I feel better that Joyce took the time to really understand my sight issues and more importantly help me solve them. She even wrote in my notes to have me see her when I come back so if there’s an issue I don’t have to explain everything . This means a lot. Customer Seevice is dead but Joyce Johnson is reviving it with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Although I’m not completely done with my issue I feel like I’m in good hands with Joyce helping me navigate my issues with my glasses.

Edison helped me fix and tighten one of my ear pieces on my glasses free of charge! I so appreciate his help because they had been loose for months.

Just went to get my glasses repaired and they handled it fast and were friendly and even replaced the rubber pads and cleaned them, highly recommended!

Today, I walked in to LensCrafters and was seen by Paula. She fixed the issue with my glasses and was professional with lots of great information. Highly recommended.

Great service

I ordered glasses in January. I am still currently waiting for said glasses. For the first 6 weeks, I couldn't even get a call back. Then found out that the eye glass company canceled my order and never told any one. I have great insurance, but here it is mid March and I am no closer to seeing. I have even had 2 accidents in the rain because I haven't been able to see. I'm just grateful that my grandchildren or my pup weren't with me. It's time for a new company. This place will never get my business again.

Best experience with an eye doctor that I’ve had! My exam was fully completed within 20 minutes of me walking in the door. The ladies next door were super helpful in helping me pick out my frames especially Bee!! Great experience, would highly recommend to anyone.

I had broken my previous pair and was able to book with the optometrist within a day or two and when I came in for my appointment I was in and out in 20 min went right next door to get my frames and had a brand new beautiful pair in less than 2 hours! Can not recommend the glasses center enough!

My mother and I went in today to get myself a new pair of glasses and Glenda (Joyce) helped us! She was very outgoing, helpful, and kind through the whole experience. Immediately when we walked in, she was there to help, she made conversation and was very friendly, and we never felt pressured to do anything when choosing frames/lenses like at most places. She explained things thoroughly and was very transparent about cost down to a T. Overall amazing experience and Glenda was a joy to meet! 10/10 Salesperson and human being!

My boyfriend and I went into the Roger's store after a bad experience at the Fayetteville store Sam helped us and was amazing helped us in just a few minutes she went above and beyond

They over exceeded my expectations!! After having issues with the Fayetteville store ( They could not fit my prescription lens into the frames and had to send them out, then about 2 weeks later I had to replace the lens so they ordered me a new set and then broke my frames ) I stopped into the Rogers store and Sam took my lens and frames and had them dome in under a few minutes! I have dealt with Sam since she was at the Fayetteville store and she still is amazing, and will go above and beyond to get the customer what they need!! And a side note, Sam even remembered me from the Fayetteville store and it had been easily 5 years since I seen her!!

Excellent service. The manager remembered my wife and I from a brief visit in the store 6 months ago. She showed us exactly where to look for the perfect frame. Then, Edison was an excellent salesman and very knowledgeable helping my wife narrow down 2 perfect frames and explained why her previous glasses didn’t fit. He was very helpful.

My glasses were not right and when I went back to get the issue resolved I received nothing but excuses and a refusal to make it right. Very unhappy with my experience.. LOUSY!
